3. To accommodate vendors, employees almost always have to work on national holidays, and the same applies during the Lunar New Year. The year-end bonus is not paid until the day before Lunar New Year's Eve.

4. One person is difficult to get along with and communicate with, and often works while displaying their emotions. Whenever things do not go their way, the door seems to be their favorite outlet for venting. They also pry into gossip everywhere and spread rumors recklessly. Meanwhile, the future successor—the boss's son—has a bootlicking lackey who throws their weight around. I’m not someone without self-respect either. Although this company works downstream in the semiconductor industry, it merely uses a scouring pad or eraser to clean off fine grime. This company is truly cause for concern.

1. The factory environment is excellent; every workstation, including the sandblasting station, has air conditioning and ventilation to maintain indoor air quality.

2. The company is small, and the working atmosphere is very harmonious. There is not much internal conflict or backstabbing among colleagues.

3. It is easy to learn the processes at each station in the factory, including sandblasting, high-pressure cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and quality inspection.

4. Although there is no bell signaling breaks, you can go smoke or get a drink when you are tired. There are no strict rules, which is quite nice.

5. Neither the owner nor the supervisors put on airs. They often come down to check on the factory, are responsible and easy to get along with, and create very little pressure.

6. The more skills you have, the more your supervisors notice. The owner is genuinely willing to give you opportunities.

7. The day shift is stable. Apart from frequent overtime on Fridays, regular working hours are generally maintained on weekdays.

Orders must be completed before the end of the workday so the driver can deliver them.

2. The three major holiday bonuses and year-end bonus are all paid together before the Lunar New Year. Shifts are required on national holidays, and the Lunar New Year is also covered on a rotating-shift basis.

3. After the salary had been negotiated and I was told I would be hired, I was also told I would be notified within three days after discussions were finalized. In the end, they ghosted me and I never received any notification.

4. The boss is very persuasive and skilled at talking. Take what they say with a grain of salt and do not take it too seriously.
