1. The factory environment is excellent; every workstation, including the sandblasting station, has air conditioning and ventilation to maintain indoor air quality.
2. The company is small, and the working atmosphere is very harmonious. There is not much internal conflict or backstabbing among colleagues.
3. It is easy to learn the processes at each station in the factory, including sandblasting, high-pressure cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, and quality inspection.
4. Although there is no bell signaling breaks, you can go smoke or get a drink when you are tired. There are no strict rules, which is quite nice.
5. Neither the owner nor the supervisors put on airs. They often come down to check on the factory, are responsible and easy to get along with, and create very little pressure.
6. The more skills you have, the more your supervisors notice. The owner is genuinely willing to give you opportunities.
7. The day shift is stable. Apart from frequent overtime on Fridays, regular working hours are generally maintained on weekdays.
1. Factory work requires physical strength and concentration. The parts are high-value items, so extra care is necessary.
2. During the Lunar New Year, you may need to work overtime in coordination with upstream vendors, but there are still holidays.
3. The company does not have very strict management rules or fully established procedures, which can easily lead to communication gaps. For example, urgent products may be delayed when they are not properly coordinated with the production line.
