Pros

The interviewer spoke quite gently.

Cons

They said the working hours end at 18:00, but usually you have to work overtime until around 19:00 every day, with no overtime pay.

If you are male, you are required to stay until 21:00 every Tuesday to learn technical skills, still without overtime pay (you only get a boxed meal).

Pros

At first I thought there were some. But after thinking about it~ “none!”

Cons

During the interview, the boss was very good at chatting... saying that everything complied with the Labor Standards Act, and then describing the job duties as very simple~~ so I came to work like this~

After joining, I discovered that the job duties were not as described, which was bad enough~ I had trained newcomers myself before, but I never expected that the person training me would use the kind of teaching method I had never encountered since I started working.

They act as if they want to teach or not teach, and even hold things back when teaching.. The instruction is also incomplete~ Newcomers simply do not know, but when you ask, they say, “Go look it up yourself, go TRY it yourself.”

If you do not ask, you get scolded for not asking. So even when you want to work independently, your hands are tied~ You have to obey the veteran internal staff in everything~

The internal clerical work is not difficult, yet they make it unnecessarily complicated every time, making it look very hard, as if no one else could learn it, as if only they could do it. But clearly, they just do not really want to teach~

The attitude of the veteran internal staff member who trains others is also the worst I have ever seen in my life~ When hiring someone, the company should help one another,

not make things difficult at every turn! Why report people and get them removed at the slightest opportunity? What benefit does that bring?? Then your company might as well stop hiring employees altogether,

because I think one internal employee and one field employee would be more than enough~

As for the Labor Standards Act, the company does not comply with it at all. The company has no sick leave... Even if you provide a doctor’s certificate or a medical appointment receipt, they still deduct one day’s pay on payday, treating it as personal leave. There is no overtime pay... because they stipulate that only “online staff” are eligible for overtime pay!

Also, 300 dollars is deducted every month as a welfare fund. So where exactly is the welfare committee?? Labor and health insurance are not enrolled on the day you join the company either; enrollment is delayed by several days~ I have heard that some people were not enrolled in labor and health insurance until one or two weeks later~

The company actually has very little structure~ Yet it has a pile of rules modeled after large companies, including demerits and warnings~ while its benefits are nowhere near as good as those of a large company~

The boss does not value employees either~ so people can be told to leave at any time~ The boss does not come into the office until noon~ and always asks the veteran employees about newcomers.

If the veterans think a newcomer is bad or dislike them~ they will have that person dismissed~

In short, Dayang Affairs is truly terrible! The veteran internal staff always just talk~ so the company’s field engineers are also ordered around constantly~

The internal assistants are also given work that the veterans do not like or want to do, and it is dumped on newcomers~

So anyone interviewing for an internal or field position~ please do not waste your time interviewing! It is too terrible!

Pros

The entire company has absolutely no advantages.

Cons

Your company wants to adopt a systematic management approach, yet its management is an absolute mess. The company has no standards at all; managers only say whatever comes to mind. The boss only plays the good cop and leaves everything to the managers, while the managers themselves manage things very poorly. When scheduling an interview, they tell you that they are only available in the afternoon, because the boss leisurely comes to work at noon, so of course interviews can only be held in the afternoon, while making themselves sound very busy. Your company has an extremely high turnover rate and delays salary payments to departing employees. When I called to ask about it, they said they had originally intended to call me to ask for my bankbook account details, but no longer needed to because the supervisor had only given the company the account details that day. I had already given the account details to the supervisor before resigning. They waited until after payday to claim that they had not seen my bankbook account details. The supervisor makes decisions entirely based on personal preferences and how they view people and matters, yet the boss still likes to let this person manage things. The company also has no uniform dress code. When visiting a client, people may even ask, “Are you here to sell us something?” Would it really be that difficult to make uniforms so that people can identify employees at a glance? Overall, your company can be summed up in one word: terrible.

Job seekers considering applying to your company, please think twice. Do not waste your time here. The boss is very good at talking, so pay close attention. Employees also scheme against one another behind the scenes, and there is no need to mention the supervisors. Dayang Office Machine Co., Ltd. is truly awful. Job seekers, please do not become victims.

Pros

The boss is very articulate.

Cons

You have to clock in when you arrive at work, but you don’t have to clock out when you leave, which does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. The actual job responsibilities were different from what was described during the interview; many details were omitted. It feels like false advertising, luring people into taking the job. One colleague said they were not enrolled in labor and health insurance until two weeks after joining. Another colleague had only been there for a month and already knew that the turnover rate was very high.

Pros

Being recognized, and getting along well with colleagues.

Cons

You cannot clock out after work. Under the responsibility-based system, there is no overtime pay; meetings and classes that run until 8 or 9 p.m. are also unpaid. Bento meals are provided for classes, but whether there is food at meetings depends on luck. You have to arrive early every day to clean the office, and after the 8:30 a.m. start time, eating breakfast at the company is not allowed. Employees take turns cleaning the restroom each week, but it can only be done after work. During the 1.5-hour lunch break, customers and phone calls still have to be handled. The owner and supervisors like to assign work at lunchtime. NT$300 is deducted every month as a welfare fund for company dinners. Year-end banquet expenses are considered the employees' own responsibility. The work pressure is high. Making mistakes results in a demerit and a salary deduction each month, and failing to meet performance targets also results in a demerit. Meeting performance targets comes with a bonus.
