You have to clock in when you arrive at work, but you don’t have to clock out when you leave, which does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. The actual job responsibilities were different from what was described during the interview; many details were omitted. It feels like false advertising, luring people into taking the job. One colleague said they were not enrolled in labor and health insurance until two weeks after joining. Another colleague had only been there for a month and already knew that the turnover rate was very high.
