Pros

At first I thought there were some. But after thinking about it~ “none!”

Cons

During the interview, the boss was very good at chatting... saying that everything complied with the Labor Standards Act, and then describing the job duties as very simple~~ so I came to work like this~

After joining, I discovered that the job duties were not as described, which was bad enough~ I had trained newcomers myself before, but I never expected that the person training me would use the kind of teaching method I had never encountered since I started working.

They act as if they want to teach or not teach, and even hold things back when teaching.. The instruction is also incomplete~ Newcomers simply do not know, but when you ask, they say, “Go look it up yourself, go TRY it yourself.”

If you do not ask, you get scolded for not asking. So even when you want to work independently, your hands are tied~ You have to obey the veteran internal staff in everything~

The internal clerical work is not difficult, yet they make it unnecessarily complicated every time, making it look very hard, as if no one else could learn it, as if only they could do it. But clearly, they just do not really want to teach~

The attitude of the veteran internal staff member who trains others is also the worst I have ever seen in my life~ When hiring someone, the company should help one another,

not make things difficult at every turn! Why report people and get them removed at the slightest opportunity? What benefit does that bring?? Then your company might as well stop hiring employees altogether,

because I think one internal employee and one field employee would be more than enough~

As for the Labor Standards Act, the company does not comply with it at all. The company has no sick leave... Even if you provide a doctor’s certificate or a medical appointment receipt, they still deduct one day’s pay on payday, treating it as personal leave. There is no overtime pay... because they stipulate that only “online staff” are eligible for overtime pay!

Also, 300 dollars is deducted every month as a welfare fund. So where exactly is the welfare committee?? Labor and health insurance are not enrolled on the day you join the company either; enrollment is delayed by several days~ I have heard that some people were not enrolled in labor and health insurance until one or two weeks later~

The company actually has very little structure~ Yet it has a pile of rules modeled after large companies, including demerits and warnings~ while its benefits are nowhere near as good as those of a large company~

The boss does not value employees either~ so people can be told to leave at any time~ The boss does not come into the office until noon~ and always asks the veteran employees about newcomers.

If the veterans think a newcomer is bad or dislike them~ they will have that person dismissed~

In short, Dayang Affairs is truly terrible! The veteran internal staff always just talk~ so the company’s field engineers are also ordered around constantly~

The internal assistants are also given work that the veterans do not like or want to do, and it is dumped on newcomers~

So anyone interviewing for an internal or field position~ please do not waste your time interviewing! It is too terrible!
