1. The supervisor bullying problem is serious; mocking newcomers is treated as entertainment. After all, the supervisor has been with the company for more than ten years, so the boss finds it difficult to let them go :P

2. The supervisor only talks and never provides samples. During review meetings, they claim that samples were provided, but when asked where the specific files are, they cannot give a clear answer (Wasn’t there supposedly a sample? Do you need psychic powers to see it?)

When you ask about employee policies and things to watch out for, the supervisor tells you to make them yourself :P But they do not explain the details (Regarding overtime precautions and the bonus system, they said when I first joined that they would provide the information, but they never did. There is a considerable shortage of staff for projects: not enough developers, project managers, or designers. After taking on a project, most of the work has to be outsourced to third parties. The head of the programming department even has to personally manage outsourced projects. You could perhaps say that this company is run on passion.

There is no overtime pay for working overtime on weekdays.

The environment is good. As long as you’re willing to ask, senior colleagues are willing to teach you, making it very suitable for newcomers.

It’s essentially a project-based company, so the system is based on responsibility rather than fixed hours. If you’re capable enough, you basically don’t need to work overtime.

Work starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 7 p.m., with a lunch break from 12 to 2 p.m.

Parking nearby is difficult, and parking spaces in the building require an additional rental fee.

The benefits for the three traditional holidays are average: NT$1,000.
