1. Young team with no factional issues
2. The perfect-attendance bonus is probably the highest I’ve seen since entering the workforce (the fewer people who qualify for perfect attendance, the higher the bonus; I once received over 10,000 in perfect-attendance bonuses alone)
3. They are very generous with project bonuses
4. Everyone covers for one another, so it doesn’t feel as much like fighting alone
5. There are group dinners, but it depends on whether the boss remembers that it’s time to have one
6. Very suitable for young people who want to try a bit of everything (because the boss doesn’t really interfere 0.0)
1. It’s a project-based company, so a lot depends on your ability to manage your own projects (if you don’t manage them well... overtime is easy to end up working Orz)
2. The snacks are free for the taking, so you’ll gain weight (serious warning)
3. The boss gives employees a lot of autonomy, so it also heavily depends on your ability to make decisions independently (if you’re not very comfortable making decisions, you may want to reconsider 0.0)
