1. The boss is a very nice person—open-minded and sentimental.
2. The colleagues are all very friendly, and there is a support group for discussing being mistreated by supervisors that can provide some stress relief.
3. Snacks and drinks are provided, making it suitable for taking it easy.
1. The supervisor bullying problem is serious; mocking newcomers is treated as entertainment. After all, the supervisor has been with the company for more than ten years, so the boss finds it difficult to let them go :P
2. The supervisor only talks and never provides samples. During review meetings, they claim that samples were provided, but when asked where the specific files are, they cannot give a clear answer (Wasn’t there supposedly a sample? Do you need psychic powers to see it?)
3. When you ask about employee policies and things to watch out for, the supervisor tells you to make them yourself :P But they do not explain the details (Regarding overtime precautions and the bonus system, they said when I first joined that they would provide the information, but they never did. When asked, they told me to create one myself (but you have absolutely no idea what the rules of the game are, so can you do anything other than quietly accept it?), claiming that no one had time to do it.)
4. Female employees are advised not to join. There is a female supervisor who specifically bullies female staff, calling verbal bullying “protection” 🩵🙏 Even employees from other departments are subject to her interference.
Female job seekers, please consider this carefully~ The boss says this is the female supervisor’s inner demon~ There is nothing that can be done because she feels uncomfortable whenever someone is prettier or younger than her—and on top of that, her husband also works at the same company.
