Pros

1. Every colleague has an exceptionally high EQ (because the boss looks for someone to berate all day; if he didn’t berate people, he might have trouble breathing).

2. I can’t think of anything to write.

Cons

1. There are two sets of standards for every task (the boss/the boss’s wife).

It’s a company that brings together all the worst habits of traditional industries (there’s also a hidden princess in the company).

2. The marketing work has nothing to do with marketing. The company knows nothing about and has never done online marketing; it focuses entirely on offline marketing and constantly holds exhibitions. Everything is decided by the boss! The boss holds meetings with every department every day (even sales assistants have to give reports).

3. Everyone has multiple roles and is expected to have superpowers—for example, asking the graphic designer to draw engineering design plans, asking procurement to do technical planning, and asking marketing to design the conference-room backdrop, etc.

4. The boss’s wife periodically comes up with terrible ideas and meddles in marketing. She considers herself the company’s aesthetics expert, so every design has to go through her, and after making random changes, she blames employees for designing something ugly.

5. The boss never says what he actually wants. He keeps asking employees to propose ideas, but gives no response when they do. After waiting, employees are then scolded for doing nothing. No one in the company knows what the boss is trying to do (I believe he doesn’t even know himself).

6. The boss and his wife arrive at the company on time every day and monitor employees all day. Cameras and recording devices are installed throughout the company.

7. The boss is afraid of the cold and selfish. Every day, as soon as he arrives, he turns off the air conditioning. Because the sales department office is large, everyone is left stifling there. In summer, there is a stuffy smell whenever you enter the office from outside. By the afternoon, everyone starts feeling dizzy and getting headaches because the air does not circulate, making work quality very poor (and you are expected to bring your own fan during your first week).

Do not come here under any circumstances. I was also misled by the reviews before (the manufacturing department is the one where work is easy—not the sales department; they are different units).

People in managerial positions never last more than three months.

If you happen to encounter a manager whose surname is “Yang,” be especially careful of that despicable person.

Pros

None

Cons

1. The conditions offered during the interview are never fulfilled after being hired and completing the probationary period.

2. There is no handover. Who would know what the previous person did?

3. There is no training. Do they treat everyone like a deity, expecting them to be able to get up to speed immediately?

4. There are no standards to speak of; policies change from day to day.

Pros

The receptionist will give you water.

Cons

1. The interview questions take a long time to complete—more than an hour—so be mentally prepared.

2. The salary listed on the job bank is the actual minimum. It will not go any higher; whatever salary you write down will be cut to the minimum listed on the job bank. (They say it will be increased by 2,000 after the probationary period.)

3. Be mentally prepared to work overtime, but you will not always be able to claim overtime pay because of cost considerations.

4. During the interview, they will ask in great detail about your family background, such as what positions, roles, and industries your parents and siblings work in. They will also ask irrelevant questions about how household finances are allocated and who does the housework, and this is not in the context of casual conversation.

5. For every job on your résumé, they will ask you to provide extremely detailed information about your salary, bonuses, and where money handled at work went (although I was not applying for an accounting position). When I tactfully explained that I was only responsible for placing orders and not managing money, they responded with an attitude of, “How could you not know?”

6. Overall, the interview experience was extremely unpleasant. The supervisor seemed to be there just to pass the time during the interview. I wasted nearly three hours in total, and I’m really glad it was only three hours and not more.

Pros

1. The office is quite nice.

2. The boss’s wife is fairly nice.

3. Colleagues generally get along well.

Cons

1. The handover of responsibilities is unclear. They teach you nothing but expect you to know and be able to do everything. They should consider finding a spirit medium instead of ordinary job applicants.

2. When notifying candidates about interviews, they do not inform them in advance that there will be an exam and logic test. It is recommended to allow an additional 30 minutes for the interview.

3. The boss loves holding meetings, scolding people, and pressuring them about progress. Even if you are a newcomer, they will constantly pressure and badger you.

4. It is a family business. The heir works when he feels like it, and you have to take the blame when something goes wrong.

5. Shipping orders, contracts, and approval documents all use an electronic system, but the boss always takes an extra day to sign them. If this delays progress, it is your fault, not the boss’s.

6. They cut the salary during the hiring process. The supervisor says that after three months, you must give a work presentation as the basis for a salary adjustment, but the increase is very, very small. Do not be deceived by their sales pitch.

7. You must take exams within your first month of employment (covering company administrative procedures, system operation, accounting knowledge, etc.) and keep retaking them until you score 100 to pass. Otherwise, it will affect your performance evaluation. They make things difficult for employees.

8. The company has a very high turnover rate and few senior employees. Think carefully before joining.

9. Every entry-level employee is assigned responsibility for cleaning public areas, watering plants, and so on. They even try to save money on cleaning staff.
