Pros

There is a beverage and snack cabinet.

Cons

The warehouse at the Hemei Plant 2 is not organized, making it time-consuming to find products. Although there is a forklift, there is no suitable lifting equipment, so tasks are often handled manually. In addition, there is no professional supervisor leading the work on site, which can result in having to redo work that was done incorrectly. People may also be called away to help others while working, and then criticized for being inefficient when they have to work overtime. This is how the company treats new employees from their very first day.

Pros

The colleagues are very nice, but once everyone gets busy, what you call yourself doesn’t matter!

Coffee/snack cabinet (barely acceptable)

Cons

*Policies change just like that! As long as the boss is happy.

*Managers who are very good at sucking up to those above them, and speak very loudly! Extremely noisy—if you like going deaf, you’re welcome!

*This company often thinks it is in very good shape, but employee turnover is so high that on average, everyone leaves in less than three months! Fewer than four people have stayed for more than a year.

*Taking leave results in a heavy deduction from your perfect-attendance bonus, and the boss and managers will mock you for it. At first, you’ll feel guilty about taking leave; once you open your payslip, believe me, you’ll wish you had taken a few more days! And you won’t feel guilty at all.

*They like paying a 30,000 salary, but using you as three people.

*Not the best in Asia, but the best in Asia at painting grand promises.

*If you buy things here, 70% of the consumables will be overpriced.

*I don’t even want to give this place a bad review; all I can think of giving it is “disaster.”

*Smart people slack off, while those who work hard are placated with grand promises, then continue working overtime and get mocked.

*The Labor Standards Act is fake! The karmic obstacles affecting their eyes are too heavy!

Pros

The work environment is comfortable, and colleagues are easy to get along with. The sample area has a refreshing and novel feel.

The products sold by the company align with current anti-pandemic trends, and the job is stable, with no concern about the company going out of business.

Cons

I can adapt to everything overall, and there are no shortcomings so far.

Pros

The company environment is comfortable, and the sample room is also very attractive. The company complies with the Labor Standards Act, and employee benefits include birthday celebrations, a coffee machine, snacks, and employee discounts on purchases.

Cons

Sales staff are required to come to the office and clock in every day. Every morning, they have to attend a meeting to report their sales progress and schedule plans. There is new employee training every week. This is a place where you need to work hard to earn your compensation, not a company where you can get by doing nothing.

Pros

Some snacks

Unlimited drinks

Nothing else

Cons

The longest-serving employees in the company have only been there for three years.

The overall turnover rate is extremely high.

The boss makes demands based on whatever comes to mind, without caring whether they contradict previously established rules.

The company has no standard operating procedures.

Communication between employees consists only of criticism and reprimands.

Employees have their own cliques; if you don't fit in with one, you won't be able to stay.

The managers are all less experienced than the employees, so they can only blindly follow long-serving employees and don't dare offend them.

For newcomers, long-serving employees expect you to infer a hundred things from one example, while also telling you to ask whenever you don't understand. But when you ask, they say you lack your own opinions and ideas. You have no idea how to work.

In short, unless you have a good relationship with the long-serving employees, I recommend not going there to be abused.

Pros

1. The company's interior decor is quite nice.

2. Heh... The products are either things that already existed before, or they involve unnecessary designs (adding needless complexity).

3. It feels like the employees are all very idle; at work, they are either browsing the web or chatting.

Cons

You can tell the size of this company and whether it values its employees during the interview.

The HR department posted the position on 104 with a salary range of NT$30,000–35,000, but then forgot during the interview what salary range it had posted....

Then it even complained that a starting salary of NT$30,000 was too high, using every possible method to pressure the interviewee, clearly only wanting to push employees' salaries down.

Pros

You’ll have many works of your own

Cons

1. The pay is extremely low (whether for full-time work or freelance projects), while the promises are huge.

2. Very self-important

3. Takes advantage of people relentlessly

Overall, aside from the work itself, there really aren’t many advantages.
