Too heartless
You should become a door knocker.
Your senior officials actually spent nearly 10,000 dollars on one meal. It felt so leisurely; I highly recommend the alpha waves. It may look fine when I show it to you, but seeing it in person was absolutely stunning. If you’re depressed, print it out and put it in a picture frame.
The first time the whole family went to Singapore, we encountered two dogs on the way and managed to complete the must-see and must-eat attractions! One meal actually cost nearly 10,000 dollars. Usually, when you arrive at an attraction, someone will take photos for you. In the end, we wandered around the mall for more than two hours. There was no lottery or punishment.
Be careful not to be sent back to the starting point, become a museum, or turn into a claw machine for tourists. It even includes Xbox Game Pass, delivered to you via Uber Eats. We left the zoo around three or four o’clock, with voice-over narration, because of the hotel shuttle location. There won’t be a problem with bad promotional lotteries.
None
No tools when tools are needed, no SOPs when SOPs are needed. The company is world-class at measuring the nose wheel shock absorber oil-to-gas ratio length with a finger—when it comes to everything else, it has nothing. If the plane crashes one day, no EY!!
The salary for newcomers is only 28K, and they cut it further during the probation period. It’s really embarrassing that a major airline doesn’t even have a year-end bonus. The planes are old and constantly breaking down—even the boss himself doesn’t fly with the company.
Position: Construction Division, Architectural Designer
Layoffs are highly efficient; hiring and layoffs are carried out according to the company's needs.
Employees are used efficiently whenever possible during the probationary period.
A large company maintains the superb flexibility of a small company.
The atmosphere among colleagues is harmonious; no one ever shirks work.
After the interview, they notify you that you will start work and only then ask you to sign the contract.
The contract is planned in considerable detail.
The company's legal team members are excellent.
They have won many lawsuits for the company.
Suitable for those with extremely high stress tolerance.
For you, whose standards are so low they cannot go any lower.
Hehe
The environment looks pretty good.
They said they would notify me of the result within 7 days, but even after 15 days, I still hadn't heard anything. Unbelievable.
None at all
Not even making 30k a month, yet being treated like a dog every day
Spending 12 hours at the company is completely commonplace
In between, your shifts may be cut and you are forced to take a one-hour break without pay, with nowhere to go
The planes are old and frequently delayed or break down, leaving frontline staff constantly treated like dogs
Supervisors avoid responsibility and trouble, while senior managers have no idea about the hardships of the real world and only know how to demand that employees smile at work—and forbid drinking water at the counter
You are also forced to sign an agreement allowing holidays to be rescheduled
There is no double pay during the Lunar New Year, and male employees on early shifts receive no transportation allowance
Every kind of absurdity imaginable is considered business as usual at this company
A terrible company that completely crushes the dream of working in aviation
If you have the initiative, work hard to get into another company
I really do not recommend this company
Unless you are a masochist with a will of steel
If I had to force myself to name an advantage, I suppose it would be the highly restricted employee tickets.
Since the company’s operations rely entirely on charter flights for group tours,
even if there are international destinations on the flight schedule,
you still cannot travel on them.
You can only use employee tickets for domestic routes such as Magong and Kinmen.
Unless you have an extremely servile disposition, do not work here under any circumstances. If you are serious about pursuing a career in the aviation industry, consider China Airlines, EVA Air, or their related subsidiaries instead.
Everything internally is handled behind closed doors. Because the work involves shifts, the company forces employees to sign consent forms agreeing to move national holidays in order to avoid paying double wages for statutory holidays. This makes you work yourself to the bone on national holidays, while your pay still is not doubled.
They also delay overtime payments.
The aging aircraft lead to daily flight changes, resulting in constant passenger complaints.
Even if you encounter unreasonable customers, that would be one thing; the supervising managers behind the scenes do not support you either.
They even treat frontline employees as disposable utensils.
In any case, there are plenty of people who eagerly flock to airlines.
Once they have used you, they throw you away.
Please think very carefully before accepting a job here!!!
Jin Air, a platform that crushes young people's dreams of working in aviation~ It doesn't offer the same benefits as other airlines, and there is no year-end bonus. During Lunar New Year and the three major festivals, they only give 7-ELEVEN gift vouchers. The company also paints a rosy picture by saying that performance bonuses will be paid in the future, but before you can receive any bonus, the company lets you go first. If you're lucky enough to be hired as a VIP Assistant, one of your duties is to collect promotional liquor for the “Dirty Mister,” with the entire airside and ground staff also expected to assist him. You can make the cool choice not to do it; all you have to do is resign, say goodbye, and bring this aviation dream to an end.
