Not even making 30k a month, yet being treated like a dog every day
Spending 12 hours at the company is completely commonplace
In between, your shifts may be cut and you are forced to take a one-hour break without pay, with nowhere to go
The planes are old and frequently delayed or break down, leaving frontline staff constantly treated like dogs
Supervisors avoid responsibility and trouble, while senior managers have no idea about the hardships of the real world and only know how to demand that employees smile at work—and forbid drinking water at the counter
You are also forced to sign an agreement allowing holidays to be rescheduled
There is no double pay during the Lunar New Year, and male employees on early shifts receive no transportation allowance
Every kind of absurdity imaginable is considered business as usual at this company
A terrible company that completely crushes the dream of working in aviation
If you have the initiative, work hard to get into another company
I really do not recommend this company
Unless you are a masochist with a will of steel
