The job requires assisting travel agencies in mainland China and local Australian attractions with communication. Every day involves corresponding via email in English, and when necessary, calling the attractions directly to resolve various unexpected situations.

However, because all systems and procedures in the current FIT department are still in the early stages of establishment, they are constantly being modified and changed.
Work efficiency is extremely low. The boss has no management concept, organization, or strategy, and is eager to expand but lacks professional talent. They also hastily recruit new employees, requiring tremendous mental and physical effort to implement the boss’s constantly changing policies.
Suggestions:
Employees need to take the initiative to request their labor rights. Since the company has no human resources department, all workplace rights must be actively pursued.
The boss has very poor emotional management, so you must be careful in your actions and words. The company has no concept of employee training, which is still being developed.
Good work environment, low barrier to entry, and opportunities to participate in overseas experience programs.
A family-owned business where all work processes and company policies are still being developed or remain undecided. In addition, there is virtually no training, and the boss often steps in directly to handle business matters, which can leave employees at a loss. Although employees have job titles, the company expects everyone to be a generalist and be capable of handling a wide range of specialized tasks; no professional specialists have been hired during my employment. Those who perform well are expected to take on more work but do not receive corresponding compensation. When traveling for work, be sure to carefully understand the travel allowances.
