Pros
Most colleagues are easy to get along with
Only a small number of colleagues are not very good
The work environment is acceptable
Cons
The company has no systems or procedures at all, and the supervisors have poor management skills
Everyone takes on multiple roles, and work is not distributed evenly
It is very common to be assigned tasks unrelated to one’s position
Sometimes it is impossible to leave work on time, and no overtime pay is provided
The turnover rate is extremely high
A few colleagues gossip
