The salary proposed during the interview was reduced first, with a verbal promise that it would be restored after the probationary period. However, after the probationary period ended, they went back on their word. When I raised the issue with management, they only said they would help adjust my salary during the next salary review. In the end, it was repeatedly postponed for several years before finally being fulfilled and my salary was adjusted. Therefore, I had to bear the loss of salary during that period myself.
Moreover, if I had not raised the issue with management, the company would never have proactively arranged a meeting to explain why the salary terms agreed upon at the beginning had not been honored.
If you strongly recommend applying to this company, absolutely insist during the interview that the salary terms be put in writing from the outset. Verbal agreements mean nothing in their eyes.
The company jokes about the salaries of new employees, damaging trust and negatively affecting morale and work efficiency. Afterwards, they become even less willing to adjust salaries, while performance evaluations get increasingly worse, creating a vicious cycle.

The workplace is completely silent

Overtime must be applied for and approved in advance; overtime worked without prior application and approval will not be approved under any circumstances
In fact, even when overtime is applied for in advance, you will find that the company’s system is configured to be completely locked, so there is no such thing as an overtime application at all
There is no regard whatsoever for the Labor Standards Act
HR made a point of not putting employees on unpaid leave

Has absolutely no foresight or future planning
Worked there for a while, couldn't take it anymore, and left
A lot of elderly people; a strong culture of retirement
A highly comfortable environment where no one seeks to improve
Very suitable for coasting until retirement
Falsifies overtime hours and invokes the responsibility-based work system to restrict overtime applications
Completely different from what was said in the interview
A fake happy company
No need to clock in or out
With no attendance records, they are very good at evading labor inspections by the Labor Bureau
HR is very good at criticizing employees behind their backs in private; no professional ethics
Forces employees to go to Google to give stars and write positive reviews
Never had to take unpaid leave
Are the two older women in charge of material collection and medication dispensing in the Hsinchu Industrial Park mentally ill? When they’re in a good mood, they’ll spoon-feed you; when they’re in a bad mood, they kick you like a dog.
There are many entrenched people in upper management. They ignore issues that lower-level employees report should be improved, and when something goes wrong, they only know how to blame those below them. Upper management often shifts responsibility among themselves, or drags in scapegoats to take the fall. An outsourced security company helps the company falsify working hours to evade labor-inspection investigations. Some security guards also look down on people, arbitrarily change break times, and bully people recklessly, acting as though their authority is above everything. Instead of reporting to superiors through proper channels, they use personal connections to get lower-level employees pushed out— they deserve to be beaten with a sack! They fail to make proper use of capable talent, while useless employees do nothing but sit around enjoying the air conditioning and collecting high salaries. If you think you’re capable, don’t come here to be mistreated!

You should think twice before going. Technically, they really aren't up to par. In terms of management, they may first need to learn what the word “respect” means.

The minimum base salary in the Kaohsiung manufacturing department is lower than the statutory minimum wage (the starting salary differs between women and men). Most of the employees there are foreign workers, with very few Taiwanese employees. The break times and working environment are also very poor. It was originally three days on and one day off, but later changed to every other week off. The pay is also lower than at other companies, so consider carefully before applying ^^.
