Pros
HR made a point of not putting employees on unpaid leave
Cons
The IT manager is very incompetent
Can only manage hardware and server rooms
Has absolutely no programming skills
But insists on verbally teaching you how to program, paints grand visions, and says a bunch of things with contradictory logic
Personally demonstrated that “it would have been better not to say anything—once they started talking, it was obvious they had no real substance”
Has absolutely no foresight or future planning
Worked there for a while, couldn't take it anymore, and left
