1. When the economy and business climate are poor, if you work in an operating unit, the KPIs set for management positions are still very high, and then you cannot receive the annual bonus. This is strange. First-level managers keep helping the company save money, but the company and the owner have never actually been short of money, either in the past or now. Why not let employees feel happy and distribute at least some bonuses?
2. People who were laid off after 2025 are actually better off, because they took the performance bonuses of those who were not laid off. The company's work style, leave policy, and overtime practices remain very conservative. Overtime even has to be applied for by a supervisor; employees cannot apply for it themselves, and supervisors are usually unwilling to submit the application. If you have too much work, that is considered your problem—the DL is expected to figure it out, while also frequently reporting impossible deadlines to the boss.
4. In the unit that generates the main revenue, the person in charge often has ideas that differ from the boss's, making people do pointless work, which is extremely frustrating.

The annual salary is listed as 14 months, but of course that only applies to certain positions. There is a note in parentheses saying it depends on individual performance. Most people actually get 12.5 months. Still, at least there is an annual bonus—not sure whether that will continue in the future, though, since they were later crushed by competitors that had originally been behind them.
Salary adjustment increases are small. They say there is an annual adjustment, but they keep using delaying tactics to lengthen the cycle. Occasionally, they secretly adjust the salaries of certain departments, so it depends on your luck.
The turnover rate is high, but if you think staying long enough will let you easily climb the ladder, that is not going to happen either. Senior managers are all parachuted in from outside, and they are even replaced frequently. In short, it will never be your turn!
By the way, you can look at the stock traded by the company through its backdoor listing; the number of shares traded each day is pitifully low.
But actually, you do not need to take our negative reviews here as a game of truth or dare. Other reviews mention that the company is very good at creating an image of itself as an excellent enterprise. So do you think those positive reviews and the five-star reviews on 104 might have been bought? The group does have a branding department, after all.
The company has very comprehensive back-end data, which is very convenient for people who get things done. The company places considerable importance on talent and values personal relationships.
Staffing is somewhat tight, but the overtime situation is actually not too bad.

They indiscriminately invite people to interviews for job openings on 104. During the interview, their attitude feels somewhat disrespectful toward job seekers. In addition to dismissing projects you worked on at previous companies, they also ask many questions unrelated to the position and keep asking why you don't know the answers. It feels quite uncomfortable.
The work is basically not difficult, and getting along with others is fairly okay.
There were problems at work, but I did not ask questions immediately. For this reason, I was dismissed early before the probationary period was over.
