Pros

The units that are considered easygoing are genuinely very relaxed. Employees in higher positions may have the opportunity to receive bonuses from other operating units.

Cons

1. When the economy and business climate are poor, if you work in an operating unit, the KPIs set for management positions are still very high, and then you cannot receive the annual bonus. This is strange. First-level managers keep helping the company save money, but the company and the owner have never actually been short of money, either in the past or now. Why not let employees feel happy and distribute at least some bonuses?

2. People who were laid off after 2025 are actually better off, because they took the performance bonuses of those who were not laid off. Meanwhile, the people who stayed have more work, but did not receive last year's performance bonuses. After receiving their severance pay, those laid off can also apply for unemployment benefits. What kind of ridiculous arrangement is it that redundant employees are better off being laid off? At the very least, those who stayed should have received a consolation bonus or a raise, but they got nothing! The HR department is far too inclined toward the employer's perspective.

3. The benefits get worse year after year. 10X and MAP buy a lot of positive reviews; they used to be mostly negative, but now the ratings have been boosted very high. It calls itself a technology company, but it is actually a software gambling company. Although gambling does bring in money from both legitimate and illegitimate sources, its benefits are still very poor compared with those of hardware technology companies. The company's work style, leave policy, and overtime practices remain very conservative. Overtime even has to be applied for by a supervisor; employees cannot apply for it themselves, and supervisors are usually unwilling to submit the application. If you have too much work, that is considered your problem—the DL is expected to figure it out, while also frequently reporting impossible deadlines to the boss.

4. In the unit that generates the main revenue, the person in charge often has ideas that differ from the boss's, making people do pointless work, which is extremely frustrating.
