The company is transforming into a pure SI, and has begun hiring large numbers of young workhorses.
A wave of resignations has begun to appear within the company, leaving many positions vacant.
The company originally determined salaries based on projects. Now that TECO no longer has commissioned projects, reportedly only those who are assigned to regular supervisors with projects have any hope of continuing. If you are not one of them, you should basically start looking for a job soon, because you do not know when they will send you off to some unknown corner to play in the sand.
Salaries may be reduced by a great deal. The above is all dream information that I personally obtained in a dream during a managers' meeting.
It’s very convenient to find places to eat nearby
The internal staff are friendly
Cockroaches and rats sometimes appear in the workplace
The salary is not very attractive
New employees leave very quickly; on average, they stay for less than a month
The group is stable. They provide what is required under the Labor Standards Act, and taking leave is easy.
Employees are easy to get along with, but be careful not to let yourself become bound by personal relationships.
Low pay. The bureaucratic culture is severe. When upper management deserves credit, they step forward, but when there are problems, they disappear as far away as possible.
There are many managers who only show up to刷刷存在感. Department budgets are sustained entirely by operating profits; the boss provides no budget at all.
Passing the buck is a serious problem. Supervisors are often replaced. Upper management only makes empty promises to placate you. Employees work very inefficiently, and you have to follow up on everything yourself.
Many idiots do not understand the duties and responsibilities of their own jobs. Most importantly, the pay is truly very low.

Beware of a supervisor named 黃賤X. After hiring you, they assign you no tasks whatsoever and leave you to fend for yourself. If you reply to a Line message even one minute late, they fly into a rage as if they had been violently assaulted. I have never done anything unethical or harmful to the company, yet in the employee performance review, they gave me two points out of five for the employee conduct category. They are simply a psychologically disturbed person going through a midlife crisis.
Colleagues in my department are generally very willing to help one another.
A new manager comes in and immediately starts creating trouble, engaging in workplace bullying, making up things employees never said, and claiming there are recordings. When asked to play the recordings, they refuse to do so.
They question other people's work abilities and responsibilities, do not understand the company culture, and do not understand the difficulties employees face.
You hold a meeting, and the meeting minutes are changed into a completely nonsensical version. Topics that were never mentioned during the meeting somehow appear in the minutes.
The client was unhappy about signing the contract, yet I still had to take the blame and was accused of targeting them.
It is truly heartbreaking for those of us working under this person. Even up to the very last moment, we were still working for the company.
For some inexplicable reason, my resignation form included a note saying “Never Rehire.”
I do not understand how such an outrageous manager could have been hired.
Even if I wanted to do my part for the company, I was powerless to do so.
Those with strong mental fortitude can come and give it a try—see for yourselves that such an outrageous person really exists in this world.

1. Having the right manager really, really matters. All I can say is that the department manager is too unprofessional and stuck in old ways of thinking, often making a laughingstock of the team.
2. During the most severe period of the pandemic, the company implemented an A/B shift arrangement. While the pandemic was still under Level 3 alert, it required all employees to return to the office, and once the pandemic eased, it started talking about epidemic prevention again.
3. All I can say is that the benefits have been getting worse and worse. The company benefits listed on 104 should only be taken as a reference (the company is actually quite calculating about many things), especially the HR department.
That’s all. I advise everyone to think carefully before joining.

The boss is a textbook old-school traditional-industry employer, leading a bunch of old-timers in trying to run a software consulting company—it’s a complete joke. During the worst period of the pandemic, they still insisted on an A/B shift system. The problem was that the office was run-down and tiny, so even with only half the employees coming in, it was still a serious crowding risk. Someone at TECO Electric & Machinery in the same building even tested positive and had been in contact with employees of E-Tong Information, yet they still insisted that more than half of the employees come to the office to work. Vaccine leave was counted as personal leave, and they seemed happy only when they had deducted every last penny from you.
The company’s seniority-based culture and abuse of authority were extremely severe. I thought I was doing military service. Supervisors did not help solve problems; instead, they used pointless verbal abuse and various sarcastic remarks to mock their subordinates. In my ten years in the workforce, this was the worst company I have ever worked for. I strongly advise everyone not to go there.
The relationship between supervisors and employees is quite good, and communication seems smooth.
1. After receiving the job offer, they asked whether I would accept it if the manager who interviewed me changed and a new manager took over.
2. I asked HR to inquire whether there was room for salary adjustment. After confirming this for me, they told me three days later not to take the job. Extremely unprofessional.
I have experience working in human resources and was also interviewing for an HR position, so I feel that Eastech's HR department gave a very poor impression both in its external communication and in its hiring and appointment process.
The key point is that the salary is not high either. If you are interested, please think it over carefully.
What advantages are there? The interview is in Xizhi—seriously? The transportation is inconvenient, and the place is run-down.
Having Teco Electric's name attached to it only sounds good! I was tricked into going.
Originally, I interviewed for an administrative position at a life insurance company in Zhongzheng District through a staffing agency. After taking the Chinese typing test and attending the interview,
they said the administrative position paid NT$23K and the accounting/finance position paid NT$28K.
Even for NT$23K, they didn't make an offer on the spot! What a waste of time.
Then they called me twice, asking whether I wanted to go for another interview for the administrative position. Two weeks later, they asked whether I wanted to interview for an English secretary position.
Are they sick? Are they sick? Are they sick?
I advise everyone: going to this lousy place is just a waste of time.
Only looks at the numbers and relies on relationships to win business
But does nothing to develop the corresponding technical capabilities underneath
Technical staff leave once they reach a certain level, because the salary...
A disposable customer service staff factory, with salaries so low they outrage both gods and humans. Supervisory positions are filled through poaching, and the quality is plain for all to see…
A “quality” company that does not care about employees’ personal growth; as long as revenue comes in, the owner can completely disregard the quality of service.
