Colleagues in my department are generally very willing to help one another.

A new manager comes in and immediately starts creating trouble, engaging in workplace bullying, making up things employees never said, and claiming there are recordings. When asked to play the recordings, they refuse to do so.

They question other people's work abilities and responsibilities, do not understand the company culture, and do not understand the difficulties employees face.

You hold a meeting, and the meeting minutes are changed into a completely nonsensical version. Topics that were never mentioned during the meeting somehow appear in the minutes.

The client was unhappy about signing the contract, yet I still had to take the blame and was accused of targeting them.

It is truly heartbreaking for those of us working under this person. Even up to the very last moment, we were still working for the company.

For some inexplicable reason, my resignation form included a note saying “Never Rehire.”

I do not understand how such an outrageous manager could have been hired.

Even if I wanted to do my part for the company, I was powerless to do so.
