1. Having the right manager really, really matters. All I can say is that the department manager is too unprofessional and stuck in old ways of thinking, often making a laughingstock of the team.

2. During the most severe period of the pandemic, the company implemented an A/B shift arrangement. While the pandemic was still under Level 3 alert, it required all employees to return to the office, and once the pandemic eased, it started talking about epidemic prevention again.

3. All I can say is that the benefits have been getting worse and worse. The company benefits listed on 104 should only be taken as a reference (the company is actually quite calculating about many things), especially the HR department.
