About one-third of the company are relatives of the boss. They keep all the money within the family. During interviews, they make things sound nice and say salary adjustments are based on performance, but it's all a lie~ The people who get promoted are always their own insiders! The company has been inspected by the Labor Bureau several times, yet apparently there's still no such thing as overtime pay! They also keep slashing benefits like crazy. When they lay you off, they make it sound nice by saying the company isn't making money, but they really just want to save on year-end performance bonuses~ They may even ask you to sign a voluntary resignation form! If you're lucky (?!) enough to join this company, you'll find that there's an enormous gap between the old hands and the newcomers—sup~er~ huge~
Oh, right! The boss is a devout Christian, and at the year-end banquet, on the first day back at work, and at Christmas, they make the whole company sing hymns—oh oh oh
The owner (CEO) of this company most enjoys (lecturing employees) ~ (threatening employees with their paychecks) ~ (endless meetings) ~ (never-ending overtime) ~ These are the traditions of this company ~ But the original shareholders would still give generous year-end bonuses ~ We called them (overtime pay) (hush money) ~ Last year, the original shareholders withdrew from the company’s operations ~ This owner (CEO) gained complete control of the company ~ So ~ all benefits (year-end bonus) (travel subsidies) (health checkups) were canceled ~ It was also reported in the news: http://bepo.ctitv.com.tw/2016/12/158653/ Currently, a large number of employees have left the company ~ So, recently, you should often see this company recruiting on 104 ~ Moreover ~ new employees have it even worse ~ There are no bonuses anymore ~ and no benefits either ~ Because they are afraid that former employees will file complaints ~ New hires are treated strictly according to the Labor Standards Act ~ Everything else depends on whether the boss is in the mood ~ By the way ~ almost all of the company’s managers are the boss’s relatives ~ Not just one or two ~ there are more than five (and the number will continue to increase) ~ People who join ~ are simply there to make money for this group of people ~ But they get the benefits ~ Don’t even think you will ~
