The boss (CEO) of this company most likes (lecturing employees) ~ (threatening employees with their salaries) ~ (endless meetings) ~ (never-ending overtime) ~ This is the tradition of this company~ But the original shareholders would still give generous bonuses at the end of the year~ We called them (overtime pay) (hush money) ~ Last year, the original shareholders withdrew from operating the company ~ This boss (CEO) gained complete control of the company~ So~ all benefits (year-end bonus)(travel subsidy)(health checkups) were canceled~ It was also reported in the news http://bepo.ctitv.com.tw/2016/12/158653/ Currently, a large number of employees have left the company~ So, recently you should often see this company recruiting on 104~ Moreover~ new employees have it even worse~ There are no longer any bonuses~ nor any benefits~ Because they are afraid that former employees will file complaints~ New employees are treated entirely according to the Labor Standards Act~ Everything else depends on the boss's mood~ Oh, right~ the company managers are almost all the boss's relatives~ Not just 1 or 2 people~ 5 or more (and the number will continue to increase) ~ People who join~ are just helping this group make money~ But they get the benefits~ Don't even think you'll get any~
