Coworkers are easy to get along with
You get to watch a prime-time soap opera every month
They say not to get involved in office romances
The boss is very good at putting on a show for employees
It's not even their own company,
yet they act as if they are the BOSS,
ordering everyone around every day,
while being the most idle themselves
Just one interview can take two hours
With four people interviewed in a day, they consider the work done
No need to do any actual work
The BOSS and their childhood friend can do everything and are good at everything
They are very good at talking
But when asked to show what they can do,
they have plenty of excuses
Their ability to execute is zero
Respecting supervisors is the greatest priority
Respecting employees is unnecessary
Can anyone put up with this?
The negative emotions every day are unbearable
It's exhausting mentally and physically
Please think carefully—unless you enjoy watching gossip
If they dislike someone, they make up a whole pile of rules
This isn't allowed, that isn't allowed, and they make people sign inexplicable documents
Stingy is just stingy
Forget about getting any benefits
Just be careful that your salary is paid normally
Last-minute scrambling happens every day
They require employees to finish the work,
yet they themselves provide the documents late
The work doesn't go smoothly and the pressure is high
The BOSS can only keep making a racket
For work that was done well, they assume they deserve the most credit
They want the most benefits, and they are also an armchair quarterback afterward
They don't keep their word
“Hey, you misunderstood what I meant.
That's not what I said....”
They can completely forget what they themselves said,
and even turn right and wrong upside down
Please think twice
The scenery is beautiful
You can leave work on time
1. It is very difficult to find parking
2. The management has issues
3. About every 1–2 months, a dramatic episode plays out: the manager and CEO argue, and the manager stops coming to work and leaves all the company groups. However, after they make up a few days later, the manager returns to work as if nothing happened and is then added back to the groups
4. They have absolutely no regard for the employees’ feelings
None
The middle-aged man who conducted the interview said he was a manager and that he had interviewed more than 20,000 people. It seems the company’s turnover rate is extraordinarily high—think twice before interviewing there!
1. The office has a great view
2. Colleagues get along very well
There are so many!!!!!!!!
1. The supervisor pretends to know everything but only talks
2. They love changing things back and forth and lack consideration
3. The turnover rate says it all
4. It is packaged extremely well—please take the time to understand it
Can someone add some pros?
Please let me know the advantages of this company.
1. Newcomers may have beautiful illusions when they first join.
2. The content of the recruitment advertisements is unrealistic.
3. The supervisor is articulate and packages things well. Without work experience, it is difficult to see through the contents of the packaging.
4. It looks glamorous on the surface, but it is actually just an illusion.
5. Online job postings remain up for a long time, and you have to spend a lot of time waiting for the supervisor during interviews—as if it were a big-company drama.
Every day, you can think about how to bring a cactus back to life after all its spines have fallen off.
The streetscape along Bo'ai Road, with its broad thoroughfare, has a distinctive charm.
1. Unable to see the future
2. An office desk full of cockroaches
3. Many; brave heroes will have to experience them for themselves
None
The office looks dirty, old, and yellowish. During the interview, an HR person dressed like a host asked, “Do you remember my voice?” as their very first question. It was frivolous and made me uncomfortable. They were also nearly 30 minutes late for the agreed-upon time, and had a very haughty attitude, as if I were the one begging them to grant me a job. There is really no need to waste your time; they cannot afford to hire experienced people.
A free and open working style.
The office environment is nice, with flowers and greenery.
You can tell whether a company is worth staying at by looking at employee turnover: there are constantly open positions posted on job banks.
Because positions are frequently vacant, even after you have left, you may receive calls from employees who are unaware of the situation asking to schedule another interview.
The company claims externally to have over a hundred employees, but in reality there are only a handful of people. It even advertises more vacancies than its actual number of employees.
Take the benefits listed in the company's job postings with a grain of salt; taking them seriously will only lead to disappointment and emotional distress.
There is no overtime pay; compensatory leave is used instead. Even when you want to take leave, you will be questioned about all sorts of things, and getting leave approved is far from straightforward.
The supervisor's schedule differs considerably from the employees', so be mentally prepared to be on call at any time.
Senior managers are prone to arriving late or forgetting appointments. If this is your first interview, remember to allow extra time for this company. It is recommended that you avoid scheduling another company's interview immediately afterward, as it could easily delay your next interview.
The colleagues at the company are very easy to get along with. The company premises are also clean and straightforward, and the building manager is friendly.
You can leave work on time.
The boss often acts on whatever comes to mind, causing the company to lose its direction.
They think having money makes them the boss, but every time they look at a quotation, they think it is too expensive. After haggling over the price, they see something new and want to change it again, causing employees to have to revise the specifications and prices after already reaching an agreement with the vendor. They end up trying to save a small amount of money while spending much more.
They do not trust employees’ expertise and often follow requests based on advice from who knows where, wasting time.
Sometimes the boss’s personal life is not handled well and affects employees, leaving them worried sick.
There is no overtime pay, but the compensatory time-off arrangement is somewhat acceptable. Since there is no overtime pay, employees all automatically leave work on time.
Overall, it is a stingy company.
The company culture is relaxed.
Colleagues are generally easy to get along with.
The CEO's personal affairs affect the company, and they are not dealt with proactively, leaving colleagues to suffer.
Does not trust employees' judgment and often makes decisions that cause employees to waste their efforts.
Often ignores employees' personal plans and asks them to work overtime.
Acts as if they are generous, but often spends money on inexplicable things.
It feels like the company was started without much thought.
