Can someone add some pros?
Please let me know the advantages of this company.
1. Newcomers may have beautiful illusions when they first join.
2. The content of the recruitment advertisements is unrealistic.
3. The supervisor is articulate and packages things well. Without work experience, it is difficult to see through the contents of the packaging.
4. It looks glamorous on the surface, but it is actually just an illusion.
5. Online job postings remain up for a long time, and you have to spend a lot of time waiting for the supervisor during interviews—as if it were a big-company drama.
