The base salary is relatively low, between 18,000 and 20,000.
Overtime is only paid at 100 per hour.
There are also no bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonus.
No advantages
The employee turnover is very frequent, and the company cannot retain long-term employees.
New employees earn more than veteran employees.
Veteran employees have more responsibilities and are expected to know almost every station. One person is used as three people, yet the pay is low.
There is no year-end bonus and no holiday bonuses.
They only tell you that they will give you a raise when you submit your resignation.
None
Whether you can leave work on time is uncertain, as the boss often approaches employees to discuss matters at the end of the workday.
Errors may also occur in certain related operations, such as incorrect entry of employment dates or employees who leave at the end of the month being deregistered from insurance early when the departure date falls on a holiday, requiring employees to spend additional time verifying and handling these issues.
The work environment follows a “the more capable you are, the more you do” model, and one person is often responsible for multiple duties. Some tasks that originally fall outside one’s own responsibilities may, after being handled once as assistance, be regarded as part of that person’s duties on an ongoing basis, causing the scope of responsibilities to continue expanding.
However, the increased workload and responsibilities are not necessarily reflected proportionately in the salary.
In addition, when problems arise at work or something is left incomplete, responsibility is often first blamed on employees who have already resigned when the actual person responsible cannot be confirmed, which leaves a poor impression.
It is a family business, so the supervisors are basically all family members or people close to them. They may be incompetent, but when one of their own makes a mistake, they are still treated leniently. Employees are always the ones who get scolded.
Even though the company has official vehicles, employees are always told to ride their own motorcycles to deliver letters, packages, and documents. Sometimes there are a lot of items, and they completely disregard the employees’ safety.
Those considering applying are advised to first gain a thorough understanding of the job content, division of responsibilities, salary structure, and relevant policies before evaluating whether the position suits them.
The coworkers are great; other than the coworkers, there are no other advantages.
It’s a family business—need I say more?
Every supervisor is always painting a rosy picture, especially the female supervisors, who have particularly bad tempers. They use harsh language when berating people and are especially fond of making sarcastic, passive-aggressive remarks.
They never do what they promise, go back on their word, and don’t keep their promises. They have no credibility.
Nine times out of ten, you can leave work on time, but occasionally you’ll be held up. They don’t say anything about it during working hours, but if you have something to do and need to leave on time, you may still get scolded.
Leave requests require a supervisor’s approval. They may agree the day before, then brush you off or pretend nothing happened the next day. Even when you need leave for surgery, they may try to talk you out of it.
The company also has a fine system, euphemistically called a provident fund for employees, but supervisors use it too.
One person is made to do the work of three people, or even more. You have to handle internal office work, run external errands, and may even need to provide event support. You’re expected to know how to do everything; capable employees are bound to be overworked.
Work starts at 8:30 a.m., but the air conditioning cannot be turned on until 9:00. If you’re hot, you have to bring your own fan. All the equipment is very old.
The supervisors never think they are at fault and take no responsibility. When something goes wrong, they first blame the employees and shift all responsibility away from themselves.
When you resign, they only try to retain you with empty talk. If that doesn’t work, their attitude changes immediately. There are far too many shortcomings to list. The company has no advantages apart from the coworkers; the only reason anyone can endure it is because the coworkers are kind.
The only advantage is leaving work on time.
After arriving at the company, you have to submit a work log for the day three times a day—at the start of work, midday, and when leaving. Even when going out on fieldwork, you have to report back constantly, and there is no reimbursement for fuel expenses. Office staff are expected to do the work of three people.
There are no advantages to speak of.
The entire company is full of drawbacks.
Except for a few better employees who are easy to get along with.
Very able to leave work on time
Small space
Nursing staff do not have dedicated seats, so their seats are often borrowed
The salary really is not high, and despite there being no holiday bonuses, they are still very picky about whom they hire
Even if you are capable, it seems useless if the boss does not like you
The turnover rate is extremely high, and they really do not value their employees
Think carefully before joining
