Cons
The employee turnover is very frequent, and the company cannot retain long-term employees.
New employees earn more than veteran employees.
Veteran employees have more responsibilities and are expected to know almost every station. One person is used as three people, yet the pay is low.
There is no year-end bonus and no holiday bonuses.
They only tell you that they will give you a raise when you submit your resignation.
