Three three three thoughts...
Labor insurance only covers the minimum wage, and the salary is paid in two installments.
You have to write a work journal every day, including the number of calls received throughout the day, work content, and planned work for the next day. You have to write a weekly report every week, summarizing the week's work, plans for the following week, reading reflections......

Doesn’t place importance on marketing planning
Nor does it value female employees
A very traditional, old-economy company
Women are often treated like maids~
Expected to pour water and make tea, among other things
Because the people in the company are relatively old
You may not necessarily learn the new things you want to learn
It’s all just old-fashioned marketing
btw
They became an agent for a foreign brand
and still couldn’t sell it well~
That shows how rigid they are
There are no pros; applicants, think twice!
The interview never mentioned that you would have to work as customer service. The supervisor is difficult to communicate with and acts overly cutesy—so bad. They make it extremely difficult when you request leave and relentlessly ask for the reason. They pick on the weak and fear the strong. The coworkers are extremely difficult to get along with, and they will stare at you all day to see whether you are working. If you like being treated like an animal, you can go 😍. They will also pay your salary late and give you ridiculous excuses.
Oh, and you have to clean every day!
Those who want to experience it are welcome to go.

The company can’t afford to hire cleaning staff, so every morning they make employees clean.
The so-called employee training consisted of making people memorize product information for the first few days and then take a test. They called it understanding the products for marketing planners, but in reality they were just using people as customer-service representatives and salespeople.
The supervisors don’t understand anything. It would be fine if they couldn’t tell the difference between advertising and media buying,
but they think writing copy and editing videos are both just creating something out of thin air. I really have to wonder what they’re doing.
The company can’t afford licensed software, so they make people use pirated versions for free, and then complain that the fonts are too ugly and so on.
You don’t learn anything, yet you still have to spend time writing useless work logs.
Then, if you realize after just a few days that something’s wrong and leave quickly, you don’t get paid, haha.
Some colleagues are very nice, but there are also difficult colleagues.
The entire company is full of drawbacks. During morning meetings, HR constantly uses foul language, and the meeting atmosphere is extremely poor. Every day, you have to write a daily report detailing how many calls you answered, the contents of the calls, and so on, all in great detail. Even when you have already done a very good job, they still find fault with you. On the one hand, they tell you that you can improve gradually, a little each day; on the other hand, they say you need to quickly catch up with everyone else. As soon as you join, you have to memorize a bunch of machine models and also complete exam papers. New employees have to go to the warehouse to organize things. Every day, there are endless calls to answer and endless notes to write. A supervisor can lecture you at length about a single matter and speaks very sarcastically. The company has a very high turnover rate, and I strongly advise against joining.
The colleagues at the same level are nice
You can eat snacks from the snack cabinet
The Operations and Sales Department is pretty much the same as online customer service
You also have to be responsible for quotations and answering customer service calls
You’re not doing anything related to marketing at all
The turnover rate is extremely high
Everyone there is rude and old
The weekly meetings are a huge waste of time
The boss loves sending voice messages
The immediate supervisor is completely useless and has no marketing knowledge at all
HR constantly criticizes people (their posture, clothes)—they’re basically the school patrol
They don’t even allow you to take photos or keep a copy of the contract you sign, saying it’s company property
Your salary is often calculated incorrectly; only when you take leave do you find out that the NT$3,000 perfect-attendance bonus is included in the base salary—they never mentioned it at the interview

The entire operating system is extremely strange.
The manager knows nothing about marketing and simply does whatever the boss says.
Everything has to be decided by the owner and their spouse,
yet, unfortunately, neither of them has any sense of aesthetics at all.
Don’t expect to learn anything by joining this company.
Most of the things a marketing planner would normally do,
this company does not do.
Every day, you answer phone calls and act as customer service.
The manager also doesn’t teach you properly,
speaks with a lot of personal emotion,
and there are no other colleagues because most of them have already left.
They interview people every day,
and it’s really no surprise that people come and go.
In short, think it through carefully.
This company really wastes your time.
Can't find any.
Except for the supervisor, the other colleagues are all pretty good.
But that's it—I really can't think of anything else.
The company's systems are rigid.
The supervisor is difficult to deal with.
HR is very annoying.
Wastes time writing unnecessary work logs.
There's simply no way to finish the actual work.
You won't learn the marketing skills you want.
Most of the time is spent working as customer service.
Think twice.
Some colleagues get along pretty well! There is a snack cabinet with offerings for worship rituals.
If you are considering joining, think twice. Don’t go there and waste your time—it’s really not worth it. Employee turnover is high. The owner and their spouse show very little respect for employees and have a great deal of distrust toward them. The company’s thinking is very traditional and it lacks generosity. Overtime seems to be taken for granted, and there is no overtime pay. They do not properly follow the Labor Standards Act and are not afraid of being sued. Everything sounds very nice during the interview.

Senior colleagues do not act like mentors. Unless absolutely necessary, they will not teach others, and they often focus on chatting or playing on their phones. They have no intention of developing new employees; they drive people away one by one, fearing that they themselves may be replaced, and act senior within the company. As a result, the company is constantly unable to recruit employees.
Although the company represents Japanese products, it mainly sells its own brands. Customer service handles the daily off-site schedules. Working until 7 p.m. is standard, but whether overtime pay is counted after returning to the company is another matter, because without the supervisor’s approval, you will not receive a single cent.
This is a company where you will learn absolutely no technical skills. Applicants, please think carefully.
Regular working hours
1. Sales staff must provide their own vehicle. A tracking system will be installed in your personal vehicle and cannot be removed after work.
2. Performance bonuses are unclear, with no accurate calculation method; the boss always has the final say.
3. Fuel expenses are not reimbursed based on actual costs, and there is no clear calculation method.
