1. Sales staff must provide their own vehicle. A tracking system will be installed in your personal vehicle and cannot be removed after work.
2. Performance bonuses are unclear, with no accurate calculation method; the boss always has the final say.
3. Fuel expenses are not reimbursed based on actual costs, and there is no clear calculation method.
