Pros

There are many profound principles to listen to.

A boss who really cares about his employees.

Cons

1. He constantly tells you that young people need to recognize their own shortcomings (even though he has plenty of his own). He says that you are inadequate and that you should learn more from him and discuss things with him (but when you do discuss things with him, he tells you to think for yourself and give him your answer once you have figured it out). Not only does he rush you, he may even completely overturn what you previously confirmed and worked out with him, replacing it with his own ideas/things.

2. He keeps saying good morning and good night to you, and may even tell you to let him know when you get home (and if you do not reply, he will say in the group chat, “XXX, you did not respond to the boss.”)

3. In addition to saying that you are inadequate, he will also tell you to break out of your own framework (just a bunch of bullshit and empty platitudes).

4. He will ask you to work overtime and say that you can apply for overtime pay (but I have hardly seen any colleagues actually apply for it. I think it is probably just something he says.)

5. After you go home, he will continue talking to you about work. If you do not read the messages, he will say, “XXX, did you not read it at all?” He tells you not to have an employee mindset, and may even say that the boss hopes you will not distinguish between working hours and off-hours and that you should contact him anytime to discuss things (do employees not need to rest?). Basically, he wants you to work yourself to death.

6. There are many long-term employees who have to handle projects, look after the storefront, and do other miscellaneous tasks as well (they are often sent to central and southern Taiwan or the Hualien-Taitung area).

(I noticed that some long-term employees originally did not work on projects, but seem to have all been transferred by him to project work, requiring them to travel around irregularly.)

7. The company has now changed its name to Longhui Vision Collection. Job seekers who receive an interview invitation, please think carefully.

Pros

None, really.

Cons

The boss contradicts himself.

He only ever sings his own praises about how amazing he is.

He constantly makes grandiose claims, yet there aren't even basic overtime or compensatory leave forms.

He also says he cares about the employees, but all he seems to care about is how to make them work themselves to the bone for him.

He expects everyone to obey him.

The more obedient and devoted to him you are, the more he likes you.

He privately messages you every night and insists on talking to you.

Every single night—there's no distinction between weekdays and weekends—completely leaving you with no private life.

He can't distinguish between work and personal life.

He keeps using phrases like “Don’t you want to improve?” to pressure you into giving more.

He makes your workload increase without limit.

He expects you to devote your time to work,

yet has no intention of giving you anything equivalent in return.

He does nothing but constantly belittle others, making you feel worthless,

while presenting himself as the person who can give you value.

Then the senior employees act as though they've been brainwashed.

They just keep thinking the boss is wonderful and speculating about whom he cares about a little more.

They ostracize that person, while saying, “Don’t form little cliques.”

Then, whenever someone the boss likes resigns, they become as happy as if they had won the lottery.

During interviews, they always use their own examples to pressure others into having the same feelings or changing.

They’re really just narrow-minded people who haven’t seen much of the world,

yet they still act as though they’re superior.

As an additional absurdity, they say things like Google is useless.

“Don’t use Google; keep your feet on the ground.”

Then they also ask, “What young person understands what it means to keep their feet on the ground?”

And they expect employees to create Gmail accounts and use his cloud storage?

While also using Google Maps obsessively...?

Pros

Watch a live-action version of *Empresses in the Palace*.

Cons

1. Waste your own time and waste your life.

2. Be belittled. The boss will keep poking at your weaknesses, making you increasingly lose confidence and become more obedient.

3. Senior employees make sarcastic remarks toward you and have an extremely poor attitude.

4. Regardless of what position you apply for, you have to work as a store clerk and look after the shop for the boss. The offer says 8:30–18:00, but in reality you work until 20:30—12 hours a day.

5. During lunch breaks, cliques are not allowed. A few people cannot go eat together on their own, even though the senior employees who say cliques are forbidden form their own clique.

6. Senior employees love to bully newcomers. The senior employees’ conduct does not need further explanation; many people have already mentioned it.

7. There is no clock-in system. No clock-in system. No clock-in system. Fingerprint clock-ins are all a lie.

8. Every day, a great deal of time is spent in meetings. The boss aggressively presses you with questions and calls on you by name to answer. The point is that whatever you answer will be rejected. Why? Because you are expected to treat the boss like a god.

9. The boss is unwilling to disclose their real name or mobile phone number—in other words, a fake boss.

10. The boss’s famous line: “Don’t Google.” Why? Because they are afraid you will find out about their heroic deeds.

Having said all this, why do people still go to work there despite so many drawbacks?

Because they recruit you under the name Longhui Shiji, which had only been established for a month. In reality, they have many company names, all of which can easily be found with a search (Ningfei, Senning, Shitu), among others.

And Longhui Shiji is the cleanest name of all—you cannot find any company reviews for it. As a result, many people, myself included, assume that it is simply a new company just getting started. Only after joining do they find out what the company is really like, by which point they have already been deceived into staying for several days or weeks.

Those of you who have received job offers from them, please look further into the names mentioned above.

Pros

The vision and experience were described in a very dreamy, grandiose way.

The company “appeared” harmonious, friendly, and inclusive.

Cons

After the entire interview process was over, they said I had been hired.

The other party used the excuse that they were trying to buy the company some time,

and said he hoped to stay in touch as soon as possible. Right then and there, he asked me to install an additional messaging app and add him as a friend.

At the time, I actually followed all of his instructions, thinking it was for future work-related notifications.

(Yes, I was way too easy to deceive.)

He first asked me to write down my impressions of him, and then said I had to answer his questions immediately.

Otherwise, he would start asking where I was and then relentlessly question whether I was loyal to him.

He suddenly even asked, “Have you ever truly loved a man?” and “Are you definitely single?”

Finally, he demanded that I proactively say good morning and good night to him every day.

He said that most people at the company had this habit; otherwise, he would get angry.

(To my knowledge, no company makes such a demand. I have had jobs before, you know.)

In fact, I did not send him any good-morning or good-night messages. I immediately deleted the app and withdrew—running away was the best strategy.

I treated the whole thing as an experience. It was truly a奇妙冒險記 of an interview.

The conclusion is that fresh graduates should not be too eager to get a job.

When the situation is unknown, it is better to investigate thoroughly first and not waste your time.

Pros

None.

Cons

The operations of this company and the owner himself are problematic; the actual situation is exactly as described in the online comments above... “It’s all true!”

Here are a few additional outrageous incidents that have not yet been exposed:

1. Employees A and B were financially strained because the company had been withholding their salaries for a long time. They could not afford to pay rent, so they moved into the company’s storage room and lived there, taking cold showers every day.

2. Employee A worked overtime until 10 or 11 p.m. When she left work, she had no money for transportation and could only borrow fare from station staff first. The main reason for this situation was the owner’s failure to pay her wages, yet the owner blamed Employee A, saying that she had problems managing her personal finances, and berated her for this at a company meeting.

3. One of the long-term female employees, Employee C, actually lived at the owner’s home for an extended period. When I first heard about it, I assumed that the owner and Employee C had a godfather–goddaughter relationship. Later, Employee C and another long-term employee actually became jealous of each other over the owner... That was when I realized their relationship was very bizarre.

4. The long-term employees would also help the owner pick up his father’s medication from the hospital and even cook for his father. Despite having a pile of stalled cases, he still had employees handle these kinds of private errands.

5. The owner runs this company according to a “harem management method,” requiring employees to worship and admire him. It is absolutely not a legitimate, lawful company. The long-term employees have been brainwashed by the owner into obeying him, which is why the outrageous incidents described above occurred.

6. The owner does sexually harass female employees verbally.

7. Since 2018/2/2, the company has changed its name to “森寧數業有限公司.” Job seekers, please be careful.

Pros

The compensation and benefits prospects sound very impressive

Cons

The boss conducting the interview spoke disrespectfully about women

It sounds like a company where you have to be on call 24/7

The boss would say that the company had many outstanding employees

But in fact, there were no employees in the office at the time

The rest was much the same as what most reviewers said

Most importantly,

The boss changed the company name and continued deceiving people!!!

A limited company whose name is a homophone of "forest leaves"

Pros

Interview experience:

At the time, I was interviewing for a programming-related position.

Perhaps because I am male, no particularly strange topics came up during the interview.

They asked the usual questions about why I wanted to take the job and what I knew.

Perhaps, as the reviews said, if you are a woman, there may be some strange and harassing questions.

At least during the time before I left the company, I never saw or heard of anything like that.

The practical test involved very simple database filtering syntax.

Although it was simple, I was not familiar with the syntax at the time.

I had not graduated from a specialized program either, and they even gave me time to look up the relevant usage online.

Work experience:

Since I knew almost nothing, the website I had to work on at the beginning included installing a LINUX system.

Things like mounting virtual devices and that terrifying command-prompt-like stuff,

as well as some software and plugins that needed to be installed, and so on.

Because my colleagues worked in different fields and were unfamiliar with these things, I had to figure everything out myself.

If I could not find the answer online, I had to find another way and ask people in outside groups.

In the process, I learned not only technical knowledge,

but also the skills and wisdom involved in asking questions.

I think this was the only time in my life that a company was willing to hire a complete beginner who knew so little.

After all, from an operator's perspective, you have to assess the possibility that things might become difficult to complete.

Although that period was painful, finding the answers and actually implementing them did give me a sense of accomplishment.

This is almost impossible in a large company—they would never let you do things this way XD

During this period, I also learned some aspects of management, which was quite interesting.

Unfortunately, because of my personality, I was unable to learn everything.

In the meantime, I also saw colleagues come and go, each for different reasons.

Looking at things now, the internet is full of one-sided criticism.

Perhaps my perspective is not objective enough, but sometimes we cannot stay in a greenhouse forever.

Do you want to think from an employee's perspective, or look at things from the perspective of a business operator?

I do not want to speak on the company's behalf, so I will remain reserved on this point.

Besides, taking a position would be unfair to others.

After all, I am not a woman, so I cannot speak for those who interviewed there.

Finally, what I want to say is:

Entering this company was both my good fortune and my misfortune.

Perhaps in this life, we may happen to gain an opportunity through a choice, while losing something else.

A unique company that can put this kind of pressure on you probably no longer exists.

This was a rare opportunity, and looking back now, I still treasure it deeply.

I also hope everyone can find a company or business that suits them or treats them well.

Cons

Interview experience:

I cannot think of any shortcomings.

For ordinary people, it might not be very challenging.

You did not need to be familiar with frameworks, and there were no difficult JS questions or questions about JS pipes, database usage, frontend techniques, and so on.

Oh... I suppose that is a shortcoming.

Work experience:

Overtime.

Because I could not get things done, working overtime was only natural (and, as others have said, it was indeed unpaid).

Of course, this was also a problem with my own abilities.

So I ended up going to the company on holidays to continue learning.

I also did not know how to use frameworks,

and companies that take on projects are usually focused on completing them as quickly as possible.

They do not pay much attention to the frameworks used in this regard.

I spent a lot of time secretly researching this, as well as how to bind values on the backend to prevent

attacks such as XSS and other ways of addressing network security.

However, this also seriously held back my own work progress.

I could only spend small amounts of time researching these things while completing what the company needed.

Perhaps the boss wanted to put pressure on me and assigned another case to me as well.

As a result, I had to handle not just two cases at once, but also deal with many bug-related issues.

By the time the project schedule was delayed, I had already given up.

I simply decided to take things as they came.

Because I could not get things done and did not want to work overtime,

it became a vicious cycle, and in the end, everything ended badly.

None at all

Cons

Once I started working, I had no days off at all and was required to work overtime constantly. If I didn’t go in on holidays, I would be publicly singled out and verbally attacked by the boss and senior employees in the work group chat. An extremely abnormal company with no systems, where I was also forced to falsify time records.

Suitable for fresh graduates to come in and be put through hell, teaching you the importance of choosing your job carefully.

Cons

1. The working environment is extremely poor. As soon as you walk into the office, it feels like entering a sauna, because more than a dozen computers are running and a bunch of people are emitting carbon dioxide. The office rarely turns on the air conditioning either (officially, they say the company is being environmentally friendly, but I have no idea who they are trying to impress). In a hot and stuffy environment, I happened to be doing engineering work that required brainpower, which was mentally exhausting. To put it in the words of a “strawberry generation” worker: I came to work in an office, so why the hell is there no air conditioning? I don’t know whether the leadership’s brains have already overheated or whether they are really that desperate to save on electricity. I don’t understand what kind of benefits this person expects employees to produce by keeping them in a completely uncomfortable environment. And yet, when he himself returned to the office, he could turn on the air conditioning.

2. Severe overtime with no overtime pay; they only string you along with a bonus system, and there is no such thing as taking leave.

You arrive at the company at 8:30 and usually work overtime until 9 or 10 p.m. (Being able to leave at 10 is already considered lucky, using the excuse that you need to take public transportation home.)

My personal experience was that, as soon as I joined, I was required to sleep at the company and work myself to exhaustion. Of course, there was no air conditioning while sleeping either. It was summer at the time, and for several days I spent several hours in a state of light sleep before getting up to continue working myself to exhaustion. After that, I never slept at the company again. They would also brainwash you into treating the company like your home, and if you did not cooperate with overtime, colleagues who had already been brainwashed would berate you, saying that you did not love the company.

3. The boss is very good at talking, often saying how capable he is at taking on government projects and how many employees he can support, but when it comes to actually doing things, it seems he really only contributes his mouth.

What I personally encountered was that the boss accepted projects without conducting a technical assessment, then dumped the mess (I cannot disclose too much because of a confidentiality agreement) on a newcomer who had just joined. The technical work—concerning software under Autodesk—was something that only a veteran with many years in the industry could do well. He even told me to figure things out on my own if I did not know how, along with other ridiculous remarks such as, “The other employees who joined did not know everything either...” As for why the mess was dumped on me, it was because the company had no other professionals in this area. Apparently, there had been relevant staff before, but they had all left.

The boss also frequently called meetings for no reason, often lasting one or two hours, wasting everyone’s working time. The meeting content sounded like grand principles, but in practice it was all the same tired nonsense: either complaining that the progress was too slow and that it was all the employees’ fault, completely unrelated to him, or brainwashing you by saying that the company had a very promising future and that you had to work hard and keep up with your boss’s pace.

I did not encounter sexual harassment, though, since I am a man and, to put it kindly, not good-looking.

After joining the company, I discovered that they were recruiting people for interviews every day. Frequently, someone would schedule an interview in the morning and then call in the afternoon to cancel (eight times out of ten, they had probably Googled the online reviews). Also, within less than a week of my joining, three people had already resigned.

In short, I did not last a month before resigning. After all, there was no reason for me to stay long at a place without any senior technicians; it would only limit my own growth and waste my life.

That month, I worked slightly more than 22 days, for a total of nearly 270 hours (just an estimate—sometimes I developed a severe migraine after working overtime for too long, forgot to clock out, and went home). In the end, my actual pay was... terrible. I am not sure whether the confidentiality agreement says I cannot disclose the exact amount, so I will not give the actual figure. It was roughly several thousand dollars less than the starting salary I knew graduates were receiving. This was because the final salary calculation was “negotiated salary × actual days worked / 30.” When I first entered the workforce, I knew perfectly well that I was still inexperienced, so I only dared to ask for a starting salary typical of southern Taiwan. I also had the foolish fantasy that perhaps the boss would develop a conscience after seeing how hard I worked. In short, I was just trying to get a job first so my family would not worry.

This job is suitable for ignorant fresh graduates just entering the workforce, workaholics, or people who have lost hope in their current lives and are also despairing about the future. If your life is empty, you have no friends, personal interests, or aspirations, you are welcome to go for an interview.

Listen to some of life's great philosophies and hear the boss's complaints

Cons

1. I worked there for half a year and had only three days off; two of those were for the Qingming Festival tomb-sweeping holiday. The boss was extremely unwilling even to give us those days off. Even on holidays, the company would constantly harass me and interfere with my private life through messaging apps.

2. The promised overtime pay and bonuses were just empty words. In the end, the boss would brush them off with various excuses, saying things like he was very tired and had no time. (I worked an average of 16–18 hours a day, and once worked continuously for over 30 hours.)

3. Employees were constantly required to live at the company. The boss kept saying to treat the company like our own home, but because of the lack of staff, the company was hardly ever cleaned.

4. The boss often bragged that he could take on many government contracts and that hiring 50 more employees would be no problem. That was only because he quoted extremely low prices to deceive the government; if he had to pay overtime, the money from those contracts would put him deeply in the red.

5. The boss was someone who appeared to care deeply about employees but actually had no concern for their well-being. While we were doing aerial photography in the mountains, a typhoon struck, yet he still insisted that employees remain on the mountain to meet the aerial-photography schedule. Fortunately, the campground owner was kind and drove me and another coworker down the mountain to seek shelter.

6. During meetings, the boss would even show off how good his relationship with his wife was, but many female employees who quit later admitted that they had been verbally harassed by him.

7. Project schedules frequently fell behind, and the boss would always blame the employees. No matter how many things went wrong, it was never his fault.

8. Because the company lacked equipment, the boss and senior employees would constantly demand that new hires bring their own equipment to work. If the equipment broke or was lost, they would simply play dumb and pretend they knew nothing about it. If you tried to discuss it with the boss, he would say it was the employee's own problem.

To the company, you are just a slave.

Women are merely its targets of harassment and tools for sexual gratification.

No days off for an entire month, and working overtime every Saturday and Sunday.

Staying up late on weekdays and sleeping at the company.

And then—no, no, no—no overtime pay.

Endless meetings whose purpose is simply to brainwash you.

Whenever they mention some kind of bonus system!?? It is all bullshit.

It cannot do anything, only talk, sleep, and eat, and then serve no purpose whatsoever.

Everyone currently working there will help cover up the fact of its online sexual harassment.

As long as the women who come in for interviews are pretty enough, the current employees will be especially harsh when training them. Please take note, because their positions feel threatened, and you will also be subjected to harassment later—just wait to be asked vile questions.

Everything it says is just an attempt to justify itself and contradict itself~~

If you hope your life will be dark, with no marriage, friends, or family, you are welcome to join the 獰X harem company.

He took me into his office, beside the open-plan area. The walls were transparent glass, and the door wasn’t closed either. I didn’t suspect anything. At first, everything was normal: he looked at my résumé, asked about my education, and reviewed my portfolio. Then, after casually looking through it, he started introducing what their company did—government contracts (with tourism and transportation bureaus and the like), app modeling, and so on. He said the work was very difficult and that my level wasn’t sufficient. Then, without listening to my experience, he told me to briefly describe my personality.

He said to me, “I don’t judge people by ability; I look at their attitude and personality. Even if you’re very capable, without decisive judgment, you can’t make it.” “Let me ask you a question. Suppose you usually communicate by email with a long-term Japanese client, and one day he comes to Taiwan for work and happens to be assigned to you for negotiations. Then he specifically asks to spend the evening alone with just the two of you. Would you be willing?”

I didn’t think much of it at the time and said that if I were taking a client sightseeing, of course there would be no problem. He then asked further, “If it were just the two of you alone at night, and he asked you to spend the night, would you agree? Wouldn’t you be afraid?”

He also started asking other strange questions, such as: “If you went to a hot spring today, where men and women bathe together and everyone is completely naked, what would you do?” My instinctive response was, of course, to say I would wrap myself in a bath towel... but I felt the question was really bizarre.

Then he kept pretending to be a fortune-teller, saying things about my aura, that he could tell at first sight whether someone was destined to meet him, that I had qualities others didn’t, that I had ambition and aspirations, and that my bone structure was different from ordinary people’s.

Next, he asked about my romantic situation: whether I had a boyfriend, how many people I had dated, whether I had had sex, whether I masturbated, and so on... He told me to distance myself from my boyfriend and move out to live on my own. After that, he asked some even more explicit questions. It was truly disgusting. He then said: “Suppose the two of us went into the wilderness today to collect and conduct an exploration, and your whole body was already filthy and you had no choice but to take a shower. If you happened to see a mountain stream but there were no screens or cover, would you strip naked and bathe in front of me? Would you even scrub each other’s backs?”

He: “Would you be willing to do whatever I told you to do?”

Me: “If it were something related to the company, I’d certainly be willing...”

He: “No, anything. I want you to give me your emotions, including whether you’d be willing to have sex with me and become my woman.”

“I’m willing to promote you from the ground up and have you work beside me as my secretary.”

“You can lose weight, but don’t lose weight in your breasts. I can only take you out if you keep them...”

I think my mind must have frozen at that moment. When I heard that sentence, my rationality completely went offline. I could only think about how I was supposed to respond. Because it was an open-plan space, people outside could see our interaction, so he spoke very quietly when saying these things (I also felt he was trying to prevent me from recording evidence), and said that this was a secret and so on. I could barely hear him without listening very carefully. Although he didn’t make any physical advances, the whole thing had already made me extremely uncomfortable.

He also asked me what “lewd” meant, then presumptuously explained that in ancient usage it meant “self-expression.” He wanted me to reach the realm of lewdness, break through myself, and become someone I normally couldn’t be. He also semi-forcibly added me on WeChat, saying he wanted me to show him a determined gesture.

I asked what he meant, and he said anything would do—text or photos. Before that, he had also told me some story about a woman sending him nude photos and masturbation videos at night after her interview, then disappearing (what the hell was that???). So obviously, I knew what he wanted me to do, but I just kept pretending not to understand. He wouldn’t give up and asked: “I know you really want it. You’re a woman with a strong sex drive, right?”

“Have you gotten wet down there? I’m sure you have! The opportunity has come, so don’t miss it.”

And then I left.

He: “No, anything. I want you to give me your emotions, including whether you’d be willing to have sex with me and be my woman.”

“I’m willing to promote you from the ground up and have you work by my side as my secretary.”

“You can lose weight, but don’t let your breasts get smaller. Otherwise I can’t take you out...”

I think my brain must have frozen at that moment. When I heard that sentence, my rationality completely shut down. I could only think about how I was supposed to respond. Because it was an open-plan space and people outside could see our interaction, he spoke very quietly when saying these things (I also felt that he wanted to guard against me recording it as evidence), and he said that this was a secret or something. I had to listen extremely carefully to hear him. Although he did not make any physical advances, the entire situation had already made me extremely uncomfortable.

He also asked me what “lewd” meant, then self-importantly explained that, in ancient usage, it meant “expressing oneself.” He told me that I had to reach the realm of being lewd, break through myself, and achieve a state I normally could not reach. He also half-forcibly added me on WeChat, saying that I should show him a decisive demonstration.

I asked what he meant, and he said anything was fine—text or photos. Before that, he had also told me a story about a woman who sent him nude photos and masturbation videos after an interview, then disappeared (what the hell was that supposed to be???). So obviously I knew what he wanted me to do, but I just kept pretending not to understand. He wouldn’t give up and asked: “I know you really want it. You’re a woman with very strong needs, right?”

“Have you gotten wet down there? I’m sure you have! The opportunity has come, so don’t miss it.”

And then I left.

Pros

Due to the huge gap between the workload and available manpower, employees basically spend every day rushing to get work done, with little time left even for sleep. Even when having lunch, they are often immediately called back to the company.

When discussing employee rights and benefits with the company, employees may instead be accused of not being willing to “weather the difficulties together with the company” and of thinking only about themselves.

The boss has many ideas, but talking is one thing; in practice, everything is left to the employees to carry out, while the boss does not understand the details or circumstances of the work.

Pros

Working hours are severely unreasonable. Starting work at 8:30 a.m. often means working overtime until 10 p.m. This is not because of poor work efficiency, but because the workload is excessive and overtime is the only way to complete it within the deadlines. There is no overtime pay, the compensation is extremely low considering the hours worked, and working on weekends is basically required. If you want a life consisting of nothing but work, with no family, friends, hobbies, personal time, or plans for your own life, I highly recommend it.
