Read the community guidelinesConvenient transportation, and the office air conditioning is cool enough.
I have interviewed with foreign companies and major domestic companies, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.
The interviewer’s domineering attitude, combined with a lack of respect for professional expertise, was unacceptable. They did not even seem to know what kind of candidate they were looking for, completely wasting my time. After just a simple interview, my positive impression of the company was completely shattered. It is merely polished on the outside. If you are applying for an engineering position, please think twice. You certainly deserve a company and boss who respect your professional expertise more.
Employee lunches are very cheap. Convenient transportation. Waste sorting is done very thoroughly. Every employee can apply for a trash bin, and all they have to do is hand their trash to the cleaning lady. The junior colleagues are generally quite nice.
1. The official description on 104 states that the company has its own brand; however, in practice, most products are still private-label. It is recommended that the company describe this truthfully to avoid confusion during the recruitment process.
2. A company of about 200 people, with EPS of 0.2; its main customers can be counted on one hand.
3. The company culture relies somewhat more on rule by people than rule of law. It is recommended that senior management delegate more authority.
4. This company has negative reviews on all major company-review websites. The R&D and business units have always had high turnover, which is by no means accidental.
5. There have been two violations of the Labor Standards Act.
6. The company's integrity is open to discussion: In 2014, a Russian telecommunications company suddenly terminated its purchase of set-top boxes from Chih Tung. As a result, Chih Tung, in turn, refused to pay US$96,000 owed to the power-supply vendor for the supplies already ordered, according to a court judgment. Public court information can be consulted under Case No. 102年度重訴字第221號.

After inviting me to an interview on 10/4 and receiving my available interview times, there was no response at all.
It felt unpleasant.
After reading the preceding comments, I thought it would be a place with many venomous snakes and wild beasts. After actually going there, I found that was not the case—perhaps improvements have been made.
The woman responsible for reception was very polite and asked whether I needed more water or to use the restroom.
The department manager explained the position very clearly and also mentioned opportunities to learn at the company in the future. I did not ask about overtime, but he brought it up and explained it proactively. I thought he was a good manager.
Finally, the HR representative was a friendly man who was quite pleasant to talk to. The conversation was relaxed, and he was able to answer my questions about the company’s development clearly and accurately. He did not look down on me or belittle job applicants. He mentioned that he hoped I would delve more deeply into the company’s core technologies (although I know that means the workload would probably start increasing XD).
Overall, the interview process was: test -> department manager interview if I passed -> HR interview.
As for my impression of the interview, I felt that the entire process was relaxed and not too stressful. Of course, I do not know what things are like after joining the company, but based on the interview alone, I think it was good.
I had no complaints about this interview.
The company location is convenient for transportation, and the office environment looks nice.
A very unpleasant interview experience.
The HR representative was extremely disrespectful toward the interviewee and belittled the interviewee’s areas of expertise, making them seem worthless. It seemed that there was nothing about the interviewee that appealed to your company, so why invite them to an interview?
NONE
1. HR was extremely unprofessional.
I arrived at this company on time for the interview, but ended up waiting at the entrance for 20 minutes before finding someone from HR to take me inside.
I suspect HR had completely forgotten about this interview.
After I finished filling out the application form, HR disappeared again. I waited another 20 minutes before the hiring manager came in to interview me.
2. The hiring manager was extremely disrespectful toward the interviewee.
I was interviewed by a female manager.
Before the interview, I had already informed the manager in writing that I had no prior FAE experience.
However, at the very beginning of the interview, she asked how I would respond if, three days after being hired, I were sent abroad to resolve a customer's issue.
I replied in surprise, “Would the company really send an employee who had only been there for three days abroad to resolve a customer issue? Would there be no training?”
She then became furious.
The next 40-plus minutes of the interview consisted of her constantly bragging about herself (how amazing she was and how she could do every kind of job; how she was a supervisor; how she had dumped her first boyfriend because he was too inadequate; how, when frontline employees complained to her about being humiliated by their direct supervisors, she told them to swallow it themselves because that was simply how the workplace worked and they had to find their own solutions) and insulting the interviewee (saying that I had low emotional intelligence and a bad temper, that it was pitiful to be my girlfriend, that I had little workplace experience, that entering the workforce meant accepting humiliation from supervisors and customers, and that I absolutely had to obey my superiors).
I calmly explained myself to her again and tried to continue calming her down, but in the end, I simply could not imagine what I would have to face if I joined this company. I had no choice but to tell her a few minutes early that I was leaving.
Of course, I did not receive an offer in the end.
The company is located in the building above Songshan Railway Station, so transportation is convenient and there are plenty of shopping and dining options.
1. The company's HR representative (Ms. Chen) is extremely unprofessional. When the time arranged with the job applicant arrived, she disappeared. After waiting for a long time, the applicant was only able to find her with the help of her colleagues.
2. HR has a very condescending attitude toward interviewees, as if she were the boss. She seems to forget that she is also an employee, so don't expect the company to treat or value its employees well after you are hired.
3. After notifying you by phone that you have been hired, they only tell you the monthly salary and provide no other information, leaving you to decide on the spot whether to accept. The written offer is provided only after you accept. During the hiring-notification call, HR may even get upset if you ask basic questions about the job grade or title.
4. You can check PTT for other reviews!

1. The company's HR representative (Ms. Chen) is very unprofessional. When the scheduled time to meet the job candidate arrived, she disappeared. After waiting for a long time, the candidate was only found with the help of her colleagues.
2. The HR representative has a very arrogant attitude toward interviewees, seemingly acting as if she were the boss, without considering that she is also an employee. Therefore, don't expect the company to treat or value its employees well after hiring them.
3. After calling to notify you that you have been hired, they only tell you the monthly salary and provide no other information, leaving you to decide on the spot whether to accept. Only after you accept will they provide a written offer letter. During the hiring notification call, the HR representative may even get upset when asked basic questions about the job level and title.

1. Moved upstairs above Songshan Station; the environment is pretty good.
2. The HTML5 and JS questions are from W3C.
1. No overtime pay, but the supervisor said that working overtime is not encouraged (?
Easy for newcomers to get hired
1. The company’s senior management has absolutely no respect for newcomers. They hire you when they feel like it and find reasons to dismiss you when they don’t.
2. Their attitudes are inconsistent and moods unpredictable; there is simply no reason or logic to follow.
3. They often use any means necessary to snatch projects from competitors, but after winning them, they are unable to deliver the products.
Easy to get new hires accepted
1. There is a standard separation between doing the work and managing it. Upper management can let someone who cannot even make declarations work as an RD for nearly a year, and nothing you say will make any difference.
2. During the interview, they said there would be a salary review after the three-month probation period, but afterward they used various excuses to delay it, blaming a lack of time and the general manager.
3. They make it sound good by saying software engineers can go on business trips, but the travel allowance is extremely low. They will also pressure you to travel on weekends; when you return on a weekend, there is no compensatory time off.
4. They make it sound good by saying the company does not encourage overtime, so there is no overtime pay. In reality, even if you work yourself to death, it is your own problem.
5. The company's employee welfare committee exists in name only; more than half of its members are appointed by the company.
