This company's offer is extremely poor. Even master's degree holders are only offered the basic salary of 22K. After passing the probationary-period evaluation and including allowances, it is only 28K. There is no internal training system; you have to pay for further education outside the company, which they glorify as giving you the opportunity for self-directed learning while employed. It is also a position with an all-inclusive responsibility system (voluntary unpaid overtime). I wonder whether this really does not violate the Labor Standards Act, or whether it simply has not been reported. Later, after looking up relevant information online, it seemed that this kind of offer was even worse than working at McDonald's or a convenience store. The company also appears to be operating poorly; unable to make money, it can only cut down employees' salaries.
Really terrible! The only advantage is that leaving the company gave me a profound appreciation for how wonderful the outside world is.
The manager insults people whenever she feels like it. She can play on her phone at any time, use company funds to buy snacks, take leave whenever she claims to be in pain here or there, and make employees work overtime until three in the morning continuously (the following day does not count as overtime). This job made me realize that places beyond the law like this still exist in Taiwan.

Really terrible! I can't find any advantages! The only advantage is that when I resigned, I deeply felt the beauty of life.

Basic salary + the supervisor of a certain number at Plant B10 engages in verbal bullying; a former employee who left a long time ago

A whole bunch of drawbacks

There is a female manager in East China who is extremely disrespectful and often verbally abuses people using offensive language. She also directly says that recording is not allowed. If you're afraid, learn to show some respect, okay?

Quality assurance is a shitty job—do not come here under any circumstances. The QA section manager is a rehire and is extremely disrespectful. After he came, nearly everyone under him left.
None at all
Company benefits are getting worse and worse, the employee cafeteria food is terrible, the supervisor has extremely poor emotional management, the supervisor’s double standards are glaringly obvious, and anyone who isn’t favored by the supervisor will be inexplicably given a hard time
First, I introduced myself. Then the IT manager said that, for this position, Linux and Windows Server work hosts account for 40% and workstations account for 40%, etc. Not long afterward, HR notified me that I would have a video interview with the department director on the 22nd. The director also asked whether I could handle the position and why I wanted to leave my current company.
HR had already completed the salary approval. It was not until October 4 that they said the approval was stuck with the general manager, that this position would not be filled because of a hiring freeze, and that their order volume had recently decreased. I said that this was really outrageous: last week, you said the process was currently underway and that I could start work on the 11th. Now you have caused me to resign from my current company, leaving me in a difficult situation. As a listed company, you also owe me an explanation. She said they would give me a response within the next two days.
The company provides health checkups.
If your supervisor doesn't like you, they'll tamper with your salary.
According to the HR representative, there seem to be many club activities.
The assistant's salary is probably just the minimum wage. During the interview, the supervisor immediately asked whether I could accept this salary. After I indicated that I might not be able to accept it, the supervisor's attitude became very cold. I felt as though I was wasting their time, as they kept asking whether I had any other questions. Even after I asked questions, the supervisor responded with a very disdainful attitude. Since I had traveled all the way to Qianzhen for the interview, it was quite frustrating to encounter an interviewer like this.
Interviewed for a WEB Engineer position
Filled out a resume, aptitude test, English test, and job-related exam
Had a brief conversation with the supervisor. The company uses LAMP for development, mainly querying the database to produce report formats for personnel to use
May need to use some JS technologies, and there is also integration with ORACLE
The offer was extremely poor
I interviewed there before and was accepted, but didn’t go.
During the interview, HR kept saying that tech companies don’t need inexperienced college graduates, and they slashed the salary dramatically. It made me feel that they simply didn’t want to train newcomers at all. On top of that, there was no overtime pay, and engineers also had to communicate with clients—basically the workload of both a PM and a PE. Even if you weren’t worked to death, you’d be half-dead.
Absolutely terrible. Management protects one another and makes things difficult for employees. The client merely pointed out several shortcomings, but the company seems to think that simply eliminating the issues the client found is enough, without considering how this adds to employees’ burdens. They have no intention of making improvements. Supervisors only tell employees under them to work overtime while staying comfortably at home during typhoons, expecting employees to risk their lives to come in. Not working overtime during a typhoon will even affect your performance evaluation. It’s fundamentally awful—no matter how much you produce, your evaluation will still be docked because you didn’t work overtime during a typhoon! Who would want to stay at a company like this? Absolutely terrible.
