Workplace reviews and discussion: 華東科技股份有限公司(Walton Advanced Engineering, Inc.)

Really terrible! The only advantage is that leaving the job gives you a profound appreciation for how wonderful the outside world is.

The manager berates people whenever she feels like it. She can play on her phone at any time, use company funds to buy snacks, take leave whenever she claims to have pain here or there, and make employees work overtime until three in the morning continuously (the next day is not counted as overtime). This job made me realize that Taiwan still has places beyond the reach of the law.
