Pros
Really terrible! The only advantage is that leaving the company gave me a profound appreciation for how wonderful the outside world is.
Cons
The manager insults people whenever she feels like it. She can play on her phone at any time, use company funds to buy snacks, take leave whenever she claims to be in pain here or there, and make employees work overtime until three in the morning continuously (the following day does not count as overtime). This job made me realize that places beyond the law like this still exist in Taiwan.
