The time after work can be arranged, and the supervisor understands workplace conditions quite well.

After I went in and filled out the information, I waited nearly 10 minutes before HR and the supervisor came in for the interview.

Throughout the interview, I felt that the supervisor was constantly probing into the current employer’s processes and design solutions, asking questions while having HR take notes beside them. Some questions went so deep that I felt they had nothing to do with the position (what does which chip vendor have to do with the interview?!). When they noticed my confusion and discomfort, they kept emphasizing that they were asking so many detailed questions simply to understand the processes, whether there were similarities with those here, and whether my experience could be applied.

This process took up two-thirds of the entire interview, and before it ended, they did not say whether they would contact me again. Overall, it left a pretty bad impression and made me feel that they were using the interview as a pretext to gather information.

The advantage is that there’s a high school right across from the company.

The youthful atmosphere is really nice.

I only joined this year.

There are absolutely no unlimited potato chips.

The coffee machine is also awful.

It’s cheap and tiny, and the coffee tastes terrible.

However, the flexible working hours are real.

You just have to make sure the sales team doesn’t find out,

or they’ll get jealous,

because at this company, R&D has a higher status than sales.

But to be honest, speaking from the heart, sales is actually more exhausting.

Maybe the hiring threshold here is low,

so it attracts some salespeople who couldn’t survive elsewhere,

causing them to worry about being eliminated.

By comparison,

R&D hires a bunch of blank slates and tricks them into joining,

so young people have more opportunities to jump ship and are less constrained.

This makes R&D’s status increasingly inflated.

It feels pretty good,

but there isn’t much room for development.

The year-end party raffle is also terrible.

They say the annual compensation is 7 million, but then give out a bunch of lousy prizes.

Supervisors allow considerable room for handling personal matters.

The work environment is messy and poor.

A supervisor in one unit treats female employees disrespectfully and may even issue work instructions that violate workplace ethics and overstep professional boundaries.

The job posting lists 7 or 8 duties, but in practice the role mainly involves handling one particular task,

as well as helping the supervisor with all the miscellaneous chores they consider to have little visibility or performance value.

From time to time, you may also be asked to perform duties outside the original job description, as well as tasks pushed over from other departments.

There is little opportunity for career development. The company repeatedly claims it wants to transform, but no budget has been allocated, the systems are not fully purchased, and the procedures are inadequate.

The allocation of authority and responsibilities is unclear: departments with influence push work onto others, while departments without influence are left to handle the garbage.

Ordinary; the interviewer was fairly friendly.

The HR representative was somewhat difficult to describe. Perhaps they felt that the applicant did not meet the company's needs, so they rather abruptly said, "Thank you for coming to the interview today," and ended the entire interview, after which the applicant walked out the front door on their own.

They kept asking the applicant to provide references, and then asked whether the applicant was good friends with the references. I don't think most people would ask someone they had never worked with and were not familiar with to serve as a reference.

The company has its own resume format and asks about willingness to work overtime and willingness to travel, but does not mention the corresponding allowances or overtime pay.

Overall, HR tended to comment on your experience from a negative perspective and assess whether you have a proactive personality.

HR did not explain the company's systems or benefits at all. Perhaps because they were not considering making an offer, they did not explain them.

Having worked at several companies, I feel that this company's CEO is very supportive of R&D, possibly because the CEO also has a technical background.

It’s quite enjoyable working here; colleagues get along well, you can learn technical skills, and there are flexible working hours. I’m optimistic about the company’s future development.

After thinking carefully, I can’t come up with any drawbacks. It’s much better than the companies I’ve worked for in the past.

The work atmosphere is great. Everyone often gets together for meals, and everyone is very optimistic about the company or product’s prospects. It’s a place where we can strive together.

There are too many group meals, and I’ve gained weight.

Nearby restaurants and 7-Eleven stores make daily life very convenient.

There are no scenic mountains or bodies of water, so the view is not very appealing.

A super great company. The boss understands technology and has vision, and puts all the money earned into research and development. We work and attend meetings until midnight every day. Over the past five or six years, the company has grown by more than 30% every year. The company plans to go public and get listed, and its prospects are excellent. Recently, it has attracted a group of top industry professionals to join, making the product line more complete. Now is the best time for capable and driven professionals to join!

The boss’s biggest flaw is being too kind. He cannot bear to fire long-time employees who slack off and underperform, allowing them to spread malicious and defamatory rumors. I suggest that the boss deal with the company’s dead weight immediately to boost morale.

Terrible company, especially the company owner, who completely ignores the advice of the professional staff. He is never punctual for work, sleeps while at the company, and after waking up walks around the company looking for anyone using the internet so he can berate them. He recklessly spends the company’s resources while providing employees with the worst equipment. I absolutely do not recommend working for this company.
