Pros
Having worked at several companies, I feel that this company's CEO is very supportive of R&D, possibly because the CEO also has a technical background.
The salary is truly very competitive.
Unlimited freshly ground coffee.
Flexible working hours.
Most of the time, I leave work on time.
Overtime can be compensated with time off.
Cons
There aren't enough motorcycle parking spaces provided by the company.
