First interview: Video interview and online test

Before the interview, there is an English test covering basic grammar and vocabulary.

Overall, the interview process was comfortable and friendly. When questions were raised, feedback was provided promptly and answered in detail.

The semiconductor industry is currently a mainstream industry, and the company also has potential and is worth looking forward to.

Possibly because of the position being applied for, there is a rule that casual clothing such as T-shirts and jeans cannot be worn, but whether this is acceptable depends on the individual.

The first notification was for an online video interview, which felt very different. It was a highly professional Q&A session that placed great emphasis on how candidates handle situations and interact with others. Ms. Zhao, who conducted the initial interview, was very kind and willing to listen to any questions from the interviewee.

The second stage was an interview with the manager, jointly conducted by HR and the department manager. It was not overly serious, and they also asked about my experience in areas I was familiar with. It was a very professional and valuable interview experience.

Position: Warehouse Staff

The first-stage interview is conducted via LINE video interview. Before the video interview, you must complete a basic English test and a career aptitude test.

After passing the video interview, you will be notified to proceed to the second stage, which requires an on-site follow-up interview. They asked about relevant work experience, and the interviewing supervisor was nice.

The starting salary and benefits met my expectations. The company has a Facebook page, and the work atmosphere appears lively and energetic.

I hope the HR interview and supervisor interview can be scheduled on the same day for the convenience of interviewees.

Upon receiving the interview invitation from 104, I first looked up some information about the company online. It seemed somewhat different from the companies I had worked for in the past. The company’s location does require some searching to find. The dress-code requirements are somewhat too rigid, which is uncommon at other companies. Perhaps there should be room to relax or adjust them according to the requirements of the position.

Go to Xinfeng Station in Hsinchu.

This time, HR and the department manager conduct the interview together. It mainly covers self-introduction, educational and work experience, your level of understanding of the instruments you use at work, and your understanding of the company.

Third interview: Online interview

This interview is mainly to confirm your acceptance and inform you about work and salary matters.
