First interview: Video interview and online test
Before the interview, there is an English test covering basic grammar and vocabulary.
After the English test, there is a video interview with the manager of the department being applied to.
Second interview: On-site interview
Go to the Hsinchu office for an interview and speak directly with the next-level manager of the department being applied to.
Third interview: Offer and salary negotiation (video interview)
A salary discussion after the offer is confirmed, to confirm whether the salary is acceptable and whether there are any other questions you would like to ask.
Overall, the interview process was comfortable and friendly. When questions were raised, feedback was provided promptly and answered in detail.
The semiconductor industry is currently a mainstream industry, and the company also has potential and is worth looking forward to.
Possibly because of the position being applied for, there is a rule that casual clothing such as T-shirts and jeans cannot be worn, but whether this is acceptable depends on the individual.
