Upon receiving the interview invitation from 104, I first looked up some information about the company online. It seemed somewhat different from the companies I had worked for in the past. After replying to confirm, I completed a simple online English test, followed by a video interview, which was my first experience with this type of interview. After a brief video discussion with the HR team, an on-site interview was arranged. I found the interviews with HR and the supervisor lively, interesting, and not rigid, and I gained some initial understanding of the work environment and the people I would be working with. Overall, the process from interview to receiving the job offer felt positive; I just felt that it took a bit too much time. On the whole, it was acceptable.

The company’s location does require some searching to find. The dress-code requirements are somewhat too rigid, which is uncommon at other companies. Perhaps there should be room to relax or adjust them according to the requirements of the position.
