The first notification was for an online video interview, which felt very different. It was a highly professional Q&A session that placed great emphasis on how candidates handle situations and interact with others. Ms. Zhao, who conducted the initial interview, was very kind and willing to listen to any questions from the interviewee.

The second stage was an interview with the manager, jointly conducted by HR and the department manager. It was not overly serious, and they also asked about my experience in areas I was familiar with. It was a very professional and valuable interview experience.

For job seekers who are not very familiar with the industrial district, it would be helpful to remind them of the address again, since some of the street names are quite similar.
