Read the community guidelinesMost of the benefits described in 104 are real, but that’s about it, because many things come with caveats.
Don’t offend the well-connected, because you’ll disrupt the harmony of the imperial court. Seniority matters above all else. If something can be settled privately, settle it privately; right and wrong aren’t important—so long as things look proper on the surface, that’s good enough. We’re all working for a paycheck, but having ability may not necessarily be useful, because what matters is how powerful your connections are.
This company does not give typhoon days off, because you can still work remotely. Even though most of the comments below are quite old, they are still largely true. Whether the job is good or bad ultimately depends on what you’re looking for.
No need to think about lunch, but the dishes are ordinary, and I always feel that they are not quite filling.
Indefinite overtime, with no compensatory leave or overtime pay. There are no systems or supervisors, and the office atmosphere is very strange. It is only outwardly impressive; those who are idle are very idle, while those who are busy are extremely busy.

Lunch is provided, but it’s not very good.
The office atmosphere is strange, and you can’t talk freely.
What the boss says doesn’t necessarily count; they are excellent at making empty promises.
There is no overtime pay or compensatory leave, yet they claim that employees basically don’t work overtime... The offer terms agreed upon during the interview kept changing after I started working.
The atmosphere in the finance team is strange, and there are surveillance cameras. The supervisor is somewhat insincere, and some senior employees are problematic. Capable employees may be sidelined by senior female staff and supervisors, so be careful.
HR has strange authority to pass messages around, and the company pretends to have systems despite having none.... Entry-level employees are also expected to do miscellaneous errands like an assistant. Work is distributed unevenly, and those who know how to curry favor will definitely prosper. The entire company is made up of women.
The company appears to provide a comfortable environment for employees, but it is all a scam. There is a coffee machine, but you are told to buy your own coffee beans.
No one at the company understands the SOPs or systems. People who understand them too well will be sidelined and may even be told that their performance is poor. In short, talented people with long-term aspirations are not recommended to join; it is too much of a waste of time and talent.
The lunch is delicious, so there’s no need to worry. They’re best at making grand promises.
Must always accommodate the company (including after work hours and during holidays)
Unlimited overtime with no overtime pay or compensatory leave
They say they care about employees, but reality differs
You will be asked for the reason and details when using annual leave
No well-established systems or regulations
Delicious lunch is provided every day, so you don't have to think about what to eat at noon.
Good environment
Endless overtime with no compensatory leave. When you're on leave, they seem to take it for granted that you'll find someone to cover for you, and you have to be on call 24 hours a day. Job responsibilities are unclear, and one person is expected to take on multiple roles. The boss's personal matters outnumber the official work, and there is always more work that can never be finished. The air conditioning may be turned off at any time. There are no bonuses for the three major holidays. The company looks glamorous on the outside, but internally it is actually a complete mess—a company with no systems. Once you join, you will become cheap labor. Think carefully before applying.
The office is lavish.
Supervisors make grand promises that may give you a false impression of a bright future.
Extremely cheap labor; one person is expected to perform multiple roles. Overtime is excessive and unpaid. You must be on call at any time, even on holidays.
Conflicting instructions from multiple people. As a family business, it is difficult to know how to navigate.
Think twice before going.
The food is pretty good
No overtime pay
There are time restrictions on using the air conditioning
The sales staff speak very loudly
If the salary isn’t written down in black and white, take it with a grain of salt
Think carefully before going
