Pros
The office is lavish.
Supervisors make grand promises that may give you a false impression of a bright future.
Cons
Extremely cheap labor; one person is expected to perform multiple roles. Overtime is excessive and unpaid. You must be on call at any time, even on holidays.
Conflicting instructions from multiple people. As a family business, it is difficult to know how to navigate.
Think twice before going.
