Lunch is provided, but it’s not very good.
The office atmosphere is strange, and you can’t talk freely.
What the boss says doesn’t necessarily count; they are excellent at making empty promises.
There is no overtime pay or compensatory leave, yet they claim that employees basically don’t work overtime... The offer terms agreed upon during the interview kept changing after I started working.
The atmosphere in the finance team is strange, and there are surveillance cameras. The supervisor is somewhat insincere, and some senior employees are problematic. Capable employees may be sidelined by senior female staff and supervisors, so be careful.
HR has strange authority to pass messages around, and the company pretends to have systems despite having none.... Entry-level employees are also expected to do miscellaneous errands like an assistant. Work is distributed unevenly, and those who know how to curry favor will definitely prosper. The entire company is made up of women.
The company appears to provide a comfortable environment for employees, but it is all a scam. There is a coffee machine, but you are told to buy your own coffee beans.
No one at the company understands the SOPs or systems. People who understand them too well will be sidelined and may even be told that their performance is poor. In short, talented people with long-term aspirations are not recommended to join; it is too much of a waste of time and talent.
