Pros
No need to think about lunch, but the dishes are ordinary, and I always feel that they are not quite filling.
Cons
Indefinite overtime, with no compensatory leave or overtime pay. There are no systems or supervisors, and the office atmosphere is very strange. It is only outwardly impressive; those who are idle are very idle, while those who are busy are extremely busy.
