Read the community guidelines1. The company is extremely easy to coast at
After clocking in online every day, you can continue sleeping until it is time for maintenance. After spending about 1.2 hours completing the maintenance, there is generally nothing to do by around 2 or 3 p.m. You can coast until clocking out at 6 p.m. So, when traveling for maintenance work, working from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. is the norm.
2. Maintenance is extremely convenient
If there are any missing items on a maintenance form, you can directly copy from maintenance forms from previous months. It is fine as long as the preceding and following values are within plus or minus 2. Often, even when the maintenance has not been properly completed, the report can still be produced. As long as the values are filled in and the differences are not significant when cross-checking before and after, it is acceptable.
The coworkers are extremely unpleasant
Shortly after joining the company, I was repeatedly pressured by coworkers to disclose my salary. They pressured me almost every day, saying things like, “I need to know how much you earn so I know how much work to assign you.” They even made veiled threats, saying, “Even if you don’t tell me, I can ask accounting and find out your salary.” They kept asking until the day I resigned. I truly feel this situation was terrible. New employees have absolutely no privacy. If you are a new employee, be sure to protect yourself.
The following is one section of the Dongli Safety employee handbook:
IV. Salaries and Bonuses
(III) Confidentiality Principle
1. Employee salaries and bonuses are highly confidential and strictly private matters for both the individual and the company. Except when making inquiries to the supervisor responsible for payroll, discussion is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in dismissal.
Under the rules in the handbook, that employee should have been dismissed long ago.
The above describes my actual experience while employed at Dongli Safety (Facilities Engineering Department).
To form a connection
I understand! There are two kinds of forming a connection: one is burning something as an offering to the gods, and the other is cutting yourself off, but their fates are vastly different.
Does a wish really come true only if you flush it down the toilet?
Often asks employees to do odd jobs outside working hours or before work.
Since these hours are not recorded, naturally no overtime pay needs to be provided, and the supervisor does not have to take responsibility if something goes wrong.
Surely no one would accidentally confuse a stress test with an unhealthy employment relationship with a money-hungry employer, right?
None
Human anxiety can motivate us to improve and accelerate the rate of weight loss, but be careful.
During the weight-loss process, especially when losing fat quickly, sometimes the tissue does not keep up with the skin, or the weight loss may not look good—for example, the skin may become loose.
If none of this concerns you, signing up here will definitely help you complete your weight-loss plan. You will have made a wise decision.
Whenever something comes up, HR will just keep holding meetings, and you simply can't find them.
Selling headcount, with seriously excessive working hours—unacceptable. What if the requirements leave room for ambiguity?
You’ll encounter this: during communication, the PM takes a forceful approach and keeps pressing for updates, acting as though they have researched it, when it’s obvious they haven’t looked at it at all. They keep throwing the questions back at me. I’m going crazy.

WriteLine("How do these work?");
WriteLine("I’m asking for examples of how they work.");

There are lots of woof-woofs.
You may have heard of dogfighting competitions—contests created solely for fighting. People raise these dogs mainly to engage in thrilling yet bloody games, making their dogs fight each other to the death.
However, because it was too cruel, this activity was banned.
Now, people with nothing better to do have turned it into a culture, putting a group of people in the same place to see how many will remain within a limited time.
To win the competition, some decide to have the stronger fight the stronger. At regular intervals, one person disappears. These horrifying events make everyone live in fear every day, making them easier to manage.
Whenever these incidents occur, everyone starts arguing: whose fault is it that they bite so much? Could it be that their DNA inherently carries a gene for servility?
We urge everyone not to become part of it? (Or perhaps just become part of it after all.)
Don't be like that.
And there's more: someone was hit by a car while trying to avoid a stray cat. They were originally supposed to just take some time off to recover, but ended up being laid off the following week.
What does the company provide to help employees heal—practical benefits that can make their mood better every day at work? Nothing!!
Large-scale layoffs
What do you mean by saying that not getting the third vaccine dose is noncompliant? Rent is too high, so fend for yourself, and don't apply for overtime pay. Do you really want to know what I think? Then let me tell you clearly: Hurry up and pay the severance in full, and stop making excuses........
I can't think of any pros, but everyone should definitely know about the cons.
If interviewers were rated on a scale where 0 means no knowledge, 3 means familiar, and 5 means proficient, guess what score this interviewer would get? -100—the answer is -100.
During the interview, when asked what technology was being used, they could only answer, “We’re using this,” without being able to explain anything else of substance. When asked again, they said, “Are you interviewing me in reverse? Can’t you look it up online?”
Why? I don’t know what they were afraid of, or perhaps they simply didn’t know. If you asked what they thought about the interview, and they were capable of self-reflection, it might actually rain red in the sky.
I think that if I officially took the job, I could probably only code day and night and serve as a disposable pair of chopsticks.
Do other people think this is okay?
The probationary period is only three months.
There are as many middle-aged “三寶” here as there are “三寶” on the road. They like to pull rank and make a big deal out of things. Promotions are difficult unless you have connections, and some people are parachuted in with no relevant knowledge whatsoever. Some people have it too easy, which leads to many people chatting and gossiping. Meetings are always vague and have no conclusions. When some people say the wrong thing, all hell breaks loose. Personnel scheduling is very poor. No matter how much you do, they still criticize you relentlessly, leaving you at a loss. They like to intimidate newcomers to the workforce.
They say that code should be viewed from an architectural perspective rather than in terms of details, focusing on broad directions such as security, deployment, validation, and exposure. But when they cannot get it done, they say that the big-picture approach is useless at that point and that attention must be paid to details. It is all complete nonsense—everything depends entirely on what they say.
The interviewer was young
The interviewer asked many personal questions, looked down on my expertise, and spoke so quickly that I couldn't understand.
After completing three months, you are bound by a three-year contract.
The company atmosphere is poor
After being hired, newly recruited engineers are required to self-study in the office after work and can only leave to go home after 7 p.m. Since this is considered self-study, no overtime pay is provided. Classes are arranged on holidays, requiring employees to come to the company to do lab work. After three months, employees are required to sign a contract stating that they may not resign within three years; if they refuse to sign it, they are deemed to have voluntarily resigned. Basically, this may raise concerns about violations of the Labor Standards Act. After signing the contract, any breach is subject to a penalty of N times the monthly salary; someone has already been penalized and paid the amount to settle the matter!
