Promotions are difficult unless you have connections, and some people are parachuted in with no relevant knowledge whatsoever. Some people have it too easy, which leads to many people chatting and gossiping. Meetings are always vague and have no conclusions. When some people say the wrong thing, all hell breaks loose. Personnel scheduling is very poor. No matter how much you do, they still criticize you relentlessly, leaving you at a loss. They like to intimidate newcomers to the workforce.

They say that code should be viewed from an architectural perspective rather than in terms of details, focusing on broad directions such as security, deployment, validation, and exposure. But when they cannot get it done, they say that the big-picture approach is useless at that point and that attention must be paid to details. It is all complete nonsense—everything depends entirely on what they say.
