Pros

Don't know

Cons

During the video interview, it was just me versus four people.

Several of the interviewers didn't even turn on their cameras. Extremely rude.

I felt like I was talking to the air.

The HR manager had an arrogant attitude.

I don't know if they were a member of the royal family or something.

I only asked a few questions about the company, yet they seemed ready to blow up.

Did I hit a sore spot for your company?

All in all, if you're planning to interview or work here, please think twice.

If this is their attitude during the interview stage, there's no telling whether you'll be bullied after joining.

Pros

The company grew steadily in the past, giving newcomers the opportunity to gradually build up their basic skills. However, as the business strategy has changed, things are no longer the same as they used to be.

Cons

1. Nepotism is extremely serious. I won’t go into details; basically, it is an environment where how you handle people matters more than how you do your work.

2. The company hired foreign executives at high salaries, but most of them left after a year. During that year, many experienced managers at the director level also left.

3. Process control: Whenever senior executives encounter a problem, they require new forms to be added to strengthen oversight. They do not consider whether existing processes could be integrated for this purpose, so the number of forms keeps increasing. Some forms even have approximately 80% overlapping content despite serving the same purpose, but because the formats are different, they all have to be redone. There are quite a few forms of this type.

4. Dictatorship. You should be able to find experiences on PTT where the interview process with the manager went very smoothly, but the candidate ultimately was not hired. So the promotion channels...

Pros

The colleagues are very nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

There are far too many procedures and processes, with excessive controls!!! Getting a single form or document signed takes about two weeks at best.... (A month is commonplace)! In the name of becoming internationalized... they keep adding a bunch of senior managers and additional approval fields!? There is no efficiency or proper control over problems... only endlessly lengthy procedures! Also, no matter how urgent or pressing something is within the company, there is no consensus from top to bottom.... Everyone just follows the procedures? Project handling only leads to more problematic projects!

There is a high turnover among new employees, and the gaps are severe....

Pros

A TWSE-listed company; everything complies with the Labor Standards Act.

The starting salary is low, but the benefits are quite good, and the company is growing steadily.

Cons

There are way too many policies, and the performance evaluations drive a lot of people to the brink.

New policies are constantly introduced, but the old ones are rarely reviewed or removed,

causing the entire company to be dragged down by an inefficient system, while the workload keeps increasing...

It becomes a matter of using a pile of policies to manage a pile of tasks that cannot be completed, then holding meetings to discuss why they cannot be completed,

and drafting new policies to improve things—a vicious, endless cycle.

Pros

None

Cons

The company’s senior management is almost entirely based on nepotism (it is a family business). At times, decisions made due to a lack of professional competence result in frontline supervisors having to take the blame. Supervisors are restricted from claiming overtime pay and can only exchange overtime for compensatory leave; meanwhile, unused compensatory leave cannot be cashed out. Since the company primarily operates through connections, internal promotion and development opportunities are not transparent. Those with professional abilities who want to pursue career growth should think carefully.
