To work there, you’d better be psychic and have extremely high stress tolerance. There’s no hope whether dealing with those above or below you.

Regarding those above me—my direct supervisor: during the first two months, the phrase they said to me most often was, “I’m busy. Ask someone else.”

Case 1: They could have explained the complete workflow to me, but refused to say anything. Then, two months later, they dug up the old issue and said I hadn’t done it. I told them no one had said it needed to be done, and they replied, “You didn’t ask.” Was I supposed to be psychic? When I had just arrived, you didn’t even explain the work properly.

Case 2: They asked me all day to inquire with others about work I had never done before. Every day, they wanted me to ask other people what the work involved. When I went to ask, they also thought it was ridiculous—nothing had even been done on-site yet, so what was I supposed to ask?

Case 3: They asked me to write emails all day. If there had actually been work-related content, I would have accepted it, but there was clearly nothing going on, and they still kept taunting me, saying, “I wonder why you haven’t written any emails.”

Later, for some reason, they suddenly said that a certain task required me to send an email to request a change. I checked, and it had already been changed two weeks earlier. What was I supposed to write? They then bluntly said, “You’re screwed out there. No one can save you.” After that, until the day I resigned, they never said another word to me. No wonder no one wants this position when someone like this is the supervisor.

Regarding those below me—the deputy team leader acted as if I owed them millions. They complained about everything all day. When they saw other people, it seemed like anything I did or wanted was wrong. All the tools and fixtures were kept by them, so I had to borrow everything from them. It was truly like being treated as a dog.

Everyone there manages only their own area. No one helps, and asking is useless. You have to be psychic and fearless to go in.

Pros

The interview was very enthusiastic, and they asked only professional terminology questions.

They were willing to give me time to arrive later.

The manager and assistant manager were both nice.

Cons

As soon as I started, the computer needed to be updated again. I said, “Maybe not—the computer’s specs are too poor, and it would be unusable for several days.”

The desks were messy and hadn’t been organized. Everyone shared the same desks.

They kept saying that the boss would watch the surveillance cameras. So what? Just do your work properly. When phones needed to be used, it was only for taking photos or contacting colleagues to handle things.

The assistant manager said phones couldn’t be used and even said that we couldn’t put our hands in our pockets. Isn’t that micromanaging too much?

Because the computer couldn’t be used, they told me to go help on the production line. .0.0 Are you kidding me?\

Position applied for: Maintenance Engineer. Of course that means repairing circuit boards, studying circuit boards, examining wiring and signal paths, and identifying the directions of voltage and current.

Telling me to go to the production line makes no sense.

Also, the production-line team leader and deputy team leader acted as if they had been doing this for more than ten years, shouting orders at people like they were dogs.

They cut the salary I requested. The original offer was immediately reduced to 80%. After I started, I was only told I was a Maintenance Engineer, and there was no one to hand things over to me.

I was left to figure everything out on my own. I hadn’t even been there for three days, and they were already trying to assert their authority. What is this, the military?

If the assistant manager hadn’t been my senior schoolmate, I wouldn’t have come. The people there were really difficult to get along with.

Everyone else could do it, but you couldn’t. >< Think carefully before applying.

Pros

Let me think about it some more

Cons

Luckily, I resigned early the year before last. Recently, I heard from a former colleague who is still in contact with people internally that at 6:25 p.m., they would specifically remind you to clock out [a euphemistic way of putting it].

It seems to be to deal with certain matters~~~~~~~~~ And the chairman said in the news that salaries are adjusted every year, but in reality #$#^#^%#^˙^$

Last year's EPS was so~~~~ high~~~~~ and yet~~~~~ I truly mourn for those former colleagues~ They dare not speak out despite their anger >.<

Your little sister here left long ago~ so let me say a few words of fairness for you all~

Oh right, there was something good this year too~ They probably said early on that they were going abroad~ and the employee welfare committee quickly took care of it. Luckily, they didn't let the company drag things out; otherwise, as you can imagine, it would have been just like the person in the comments~ and we'd have had to~~~~~~~~ ㄏㄏㄏㄏㄏ

There are a bunch of people coasting and doing nothing, and the turnover rate is extremely high. If you lack ability and want to be a parasite, you can come here. The salaries offered are pathetic, and of course the company’s overall performance is also miserable.

Pros

1. Most positions offer overtime pay (application and approval through the system)

2. Employee trips are provided (in May 2019, groups traveled separately to Ha Long Bay in northern Vietnam and Angkor Wat in Cambodia)

3. Stable orders (small quantities and a wide variety)

Cons

Interview experience: One of the following material management positions (warehouse management / material control / outsourced warehouse management administrator)

First round: 1. Interview with an HR representative

2. Interview with a senior employee

3. Interview with the future supervisor

End of interview... A few days later, I was invited to the second stage.

Second round: Interview with Vice President Chen

The interview process went well.

Result: I was hired..........but I did not go.

Compensation: NT$40,000

Other: Because I know someone there, they shared information with me.

There are around 10 people in sales and nearly 20 in R&D.

The material management, production, and quality assurance departments have to attend a morning meeting with the vice president every day.

Among the companies I interviewed with, G-Tech Optoelectronics was generally above average.

It is an ASUS subsidiary (Yankey Engineering, another company from the same group, is also in the same building).

In addition, it acquired Wistron? Technology several years ago.

The prospects seem fairly good.

Of course, good can always be better ~ Later, I went to the one I considered better ~
