Pros

As long as colleagues are willing to speak up and ask questions, everyone is kind and helps one another.

Choosing the right supervisor and department means having a stable job.

The compensation for both business and administrative positions is good.

Floors 2, 3, and 18 are very comfortable because of their new renovations.

The company has a strong brand and offers opportunities to interact with many different clients.

Cons

The company is always eager to criticize the people who point out problems,

yet very few people have truly thought about

why people here come and go,

or why certain floors and supervisors are always unable to retain staff.

If I could choose again,

I hope everyone considering joining will first understand the department they are going to and the actual work involved. Looking at previous reviews is very important.

There are severe gaps in staffing among certain supervisors and departments.

They consist either of newcomers who have been here for less than two or three years,

or veterans who have endured for seven or eight years.

The normal balance of turnover was lost long ago.

If someone is willing to look seriously, they should also be able to recognize this warning sign.

Leave when you can.

Do not think that leaving is a betrayal or a failure.

You may learn something by passing through here for a year or two,

but more importantly,

remember to protect yourself.

Your health and emotional well-being matter most.

After leaving,

you really will encounter new places,

new horizons,

and a new self.

Perhaps one day, when the people here look back,

they will understand

that the ones who tried hard to stay were not the ones at fault;

rather, it was those who never wanted to change.

Keep going,

everyone who is still on the journey.

Leave the wrong supervisors and environments behind.

You deserve to be treated with tenderness by a better world.

Pros

None

Cons

HR is way too easy to become—no wonder it’s generally looked down upon.

Could you at least prepare before interviewing, please?

Totally useless.

Pros

The year-end bonus is good, and the office workspaces are spacious. Colleagues get along harmoniously, and there are many young female employees.

There is a monthly birthday celebration, and the company subsidizes overseas travel every year. The benefits are quite good overall. Since the company is part of the Uni-President Group, there is plenty of industry news and information. If you end up in a good department with a good manager, you can learn a lot.

Cons

The company has many talented people, but their abilities are overlooked. The management levels seem unfamiliar with one another, and information does not circulate. When applying, you need to choose the right department in order to make the most of your strengths. For example, the turnover rate in the pre-order department has been very high since the current manager took over. This manager is very emotional and not very willing to teach, resulting in a long adjustment period for new employees and frequent mistakes... Whenever a problem occurs or someone resigns, this manager always manages to get through it safely, simply because they are good at ingratiating themselves with superiors and concealing the facts. As a result, problems are always attributed to subordinates, so the atmosphere in that team is quite poor... It is recommended that you investigate carefully before the interview! I hope this manager will truly stop harming colleagues.

During my time at this company, I received a lot of care and support from my colleagues. Overall, it is a fairly good company—it just depends on whether you work with the right people.

If you get the right position, it can be a place to stay until retirement. The annual salary is good, so it may be worth considering.

Pros

The work environment is flexible. If you work overtime in the evening, you can come in late the next day and make up the time off through the online system. There are also travel allowances for business trips, an overseas company trip every year, and after working for three months, you can apply for funding to purchase a laptop. Overall, the benefits aren’t bad—everything that should be provided is provided. It’s actually quite good!

Cons

Overall, I feel there are quite a few cliques, making it difficult for new employees to fit in. People also don’t tend to take the initiative to help newcomers. When I first started working there, there was a woman sitting nearby who was about to take maternity leave. She often jiggled her leg and chewed gum at work, and had terrible posture. Yes, I’m talking about you. You were extremely disdainful of me. Every time my supervisor asked me to get information from you, you acted as if you wanted to give it to me but didn’t! I was new, so I put up with you, thinking you were too busy, and even proactively asked whether you wanted me to buy you a boxed lunch. But you never gave me any money, and when I asked you for it, you still looked so annoyed!! What did I ever do to you?!

Hahaha, I seem to have accidentally shared something too personal.

Let me put it this way: I actually think working at Uni-President Data Network is pretty good, but it’s not easy for newcomers to enter this environment. There’s a difficult adjustment period. In my more than ten years of working, this is one of the companies where I’ve encountered some of the coldest treatment of new employees by colleagues. However, I have to say that my supervisor at the time was very kind and someone worth learning from, so that made it somewhat easier to adjust.
