The year-end bonus is good, and the office workspaces are spacious. Colleagues get along harmoniously, and there are many young female employees.
There is a monthly birthday celebration, and the company subsidizes overseas travel every year. The benefits are quite good overall. Since the company is part of the Uni-President Group, there is plenty of industry news and information. If you end up in a good department with a good manager, you can learn a lot.
The company has many talented people, but their abilities are overlooked. The management levels seem unfamiliar with one another, and information does not circulate. When applying, you need to choose the right department in order to make the most of your strengths. For example, the turnover rate in the pre-order department has been very high since the current manager took over. This manager is very emotional and not very willing to teach, resulting in a long adjustment period for new employees and frequent mistakes... Whenever a problem occurs or someone resigns, this manager always manages to get through it safely, simply because they are good at ingratiating themselves with superiors and concealing the facts. As a result, problems are always attributed to subordinates, so the atmosphere in that team is quite poor... It is recommended that you investigate carefully before the interview! I hope this manager will truly stop harming colleagues.
During my time at this company, I received a lot of care and support from my colleagues. Overall, it is a fairly good company—it just depends on whether you work with the right people.
If you get the right position, it can be a place to stay until retirement. The annual salary is good, so it may be worth considering.
